Deschutes County Clerk

The Deschutes County Clerk's Office has nothing to do with the Courts.

The Clerk's Office is responsible for elections administration; recording of real property; issuing marriage licenses, municipal business licenses, and passports (appointments only); and managing Board of Property Tax Appeals. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Really great staff here, we are lucky to have this crew working for us.
