I have been with cascade Animal clinic for a little over 2 years. in the beginning. I was satisfied with the care my animals were receiving. The staff is pleasant and friendly and knowledgeable. Most recently, however, I have received what I can without doubt call extraordinary service. Dr husby and amber have treated me and my dog with the utmost care and respect. Amber especially took the time to sit with me to dig deeper into my little (not so little) girls history to try and understand what we are dealing with. She was so kind and personable not to mention a welcome sense of humor when appropriate. I Would recommend cascade Animal clinic 💯

The decision to euthanize your pet is never easy. No matter how much you know, it's the right thing to do. However, they made it a tad bit easier with their compassion for not just my dog but us too. Thank you guys so much.

My pup was injured while in the care of Echo Hollow Vet. They sent him home with no antiobiotics or pain meds. Cascade Animal Clinic agreed to see him immediately. I can't thank them enough. It's been a long road but he is back to his happy, healthy self thanks to Cascade Animal Clinic ❤

I would just like to shout out Dr. Rosen and the vet assistant Amber. On 11/08, I came in to drop my sweet 13 year old Roxie off for a drop off appointment. She hadn't been doing super great but we figured we could give her a little fixing. Dr. Rosen came in and saw her and noticed she wasn't doing great either. We could have done many many diagnostic tests and potential treatments but it would have cost thousands of dollars and Roxie still may not have lived for much longer. It was very likely that she had cancer. My husband and I made the ultimate choice to put her to sleep. My husband was working in Albany and Dr. Rosen and Amber waited an hour for him to get there before proceeding. Amber was so gentle and kind in explaining how the process works and our options for her once she passed. Amber would put her hand on my leg and ask me if I was okay and her touch was so kind and full of warm hugs. She kept bringing in cheesesticks for Roxie while we waited for my husband to arrive. I truly do not think I would have been able to do it without the care of such a gentle and compassionate team. Your team took care of my Roxie girl the whole 2 years we had her and she was never fearful to come to the office. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

A veterinarian urgent care that only charged $120 for after hour care. And that wasn't after having to negotiate on price or care.
All the staff were friendly (except 1, but she wasn't rude either).
Side note: I'm told this building is no longer inhabited by human spirits, or whatever they were. That was disappointing for me.

Very timely. They got my adopted new fur baby in for a neuter the next day. They treated my Baylee like they truly love her! I am glad for Cascade Animal Clinic. My animals are well cared for.

The best! They truly care about my pets, helpful and easy to get a convenient appoint. Plus they're so patient with my slightly fearful pup.

Very nice staff, nurse, and doctor. If I didn't live an hour away I'd make them my main vet. Arthur says "thanks Cascade Animal Clinic for being so nice and taking care of my microchip and sutures." You have a great, profesdional team that seem to love what they do, thank you from Arthur's dad!

I took my old dog Vader thinking he would have to be put down, everyone there were so sweet ( not knowing my thoughts) the vet came in and checked him head to toe, changed his diet and sent us home. I highly recommend this company

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was able to get an emergency appointment the same day, and they had one the following day. They took care of my dog and gave me several options to choose for treatment.

Excellent vet care for my senior dogs and kitty. The customer service is outstanding. Everyone there took the time to engage with and establish personal relationships with myself and all three animals. And the compassion they showed during end of life of my animals was a comfort to us all. Highly recommend for excellent care of fur babies.

just coming outside to our van really made her feel more relaxed and at home.(she sleep in there many nights ) then to get me talking about her younger days while the mussel relaxer took effect was a good trick, got me in a happy place long enough that Mattie felt my mood & no fear.
she died happy& peaceful in my arms with love and dignity.
later when I got your card I cried all over again ,that was the the most beautiful card I've ever seen,especially with all the signatures.

So glad I found this place!!! All the staff, receptionists, technicians, and the vet herself were all extremely kind, knowledgeable and patient.

I brought my two dogs in to catch them up on vaccines, flea medication and teeth cleanings. They explained everything thoroughly, made recommendations, were not at all judge mental (my dogs teeth are in poor condition) and gave me plenty of options and time to ask questions. I never felt rushed, judged or like an inconvenience. They also seem to have reasonable prices, even for teeth cleanings!!!

I was super impressed with my first visit and highly recommend!

I was driving through the area and one of my dogs needed to get checked out. The staff here was absolutely incredible, and we were fortunate enough to get in on the day I called. Wonderful environment full of caring and kind people! If I move here this will be my vet!!!

The doctor and staff were very friendly and took good care of my little doggie.
