I was forced to use this place because nothing around where I live was available. It ended being the only thing in my life at the moment that went right. It's clean and safe. I love that you can open the gate from your phone, make super easy payments and guy at the front was sweetest. When I opened the unit, it had a little gift bag and a brand new lock that they cut open for you. They've really thought of everything. I'm so happy that I "had" to have this place and I highly recommend it.

I have 3 units at ESS. They are fantastic and super easy to work with. Wide aisles for getting in and moving around, usually pretty empty so you don't have to fight with folks and the security is top notch. Rental process is straightforward and Reese and his crew are awesome!

This was a great experience. Reese (the manager) was wonderful to converse with and so much fun. We found out we had much in common with where he grew up. I was needing to rent a place due to the wildfires “Middle Fork Complex” fires that are threatening our business in the Oakridge area. I might not need this at all but we needed to be prepared. I would highly recommend this place. It’s fairly new, the monthly rate comes with a lock , the hours are good hours to be accessible. The security system impressed me, as you could see some homeless people liked the area. And a big plus for me, close to where we live in Pleasant Hill and easily accessible from I-5, if we need to grab stuff. Now hopefully, I’m hoping we don’t have to use it at all. Wow, what a great facility! Its new, clean and the employees there are extremely nice and attentive to your needs. We had to move both my daughters who attend UofO out of their places because of COVID and I found ESS in a google search. The location is great, only about a 7-6 minute drive from UO campus. I spoke with both Cathy and Reece at ESS and they could not be more pleasant. I opened my storage unit and there were gifts to me an my two daughters and a thank you note. Who does that? Awesome place, awesome people and I think the storage pricing is extremely fair. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Eugene Safe Storage is a superb place to store whatever it is you need stored. Reese is very friendly and easy to work with. We had a good conversation
while he was setting us up. We decided we needed a larger unit and it was no problem at all. Just had to sign new paperwork and we were set. The unit we’re using is very clean and swept out prior to us moving in. I feel our belongings are safe due to top notch security. Their customer service is terrific. We even got a goodie bag as a thank you! Not something you see much of these days. I highly recommend them if you need somewhere to store belongings.

Kathy and her team offer excellent customer service. This is a beautiful state of the art storage facility. We felt extremely confident our belongings were safe and secure. We love the philanthropy program offered on site too.

This is a wonderful business! They are kind, professional, and efficient. The facility is very clean and well maintained, they provide a lock with 3 keys, water, snacks and coffee. I highly recommend Eugene Safe Storage, and will gladly store with them again in the future!

This place is amazing and helpful. I have never had a storage place actually care about me and my family. They brought us refreshments when we where working hard and always had answers to our question. The facility is great and location even better! Definitely recommend!

We had the best experience with Eugene Safe Storage. Our stuff was stored there for almost five months, during rain and snow. Our stuff was protected and in perfect condition when we came to pick it up. Reese is so helpful and kind, he got us set up with our unit and helped us with the move out process. Can’t recommend them enough!

From the first phone call, Reese and Josh at Eugene Safe Storage have been warm and friendly and personable, and provided help and customer service that was above and beyond my expectations. The location is great, right off the highway, the pricing is competitive, the facility is clean and well-maintained, access in and out of the unit is seamless, and they have been welcoming and helpful. They answer the phone when I call, are responsive via email and text, have been flexible with me, and have made the stressful process of moving from another state easy and painless. Fantastic customer service here. The name says it. It is very secure. Pass code to get in and out, locked units safe from the elements. They will even notify you if you don't properly lock your unit.

I rented a unit that I did not actually need. I contacted the office within a few hours of my reservation and they reversed all charges and released me from my rental obligations, when they absolutely had the right to keep the entire payment and enforce the lease for a month. I have never had a positive customer service experience from a storage company, so there was no expectation of this level service. I am still blown away. If I ever need a storage unit in Eugene, I will use this company, and no one else! Thank you for such great service.

Eugene safe storage was the best storage place that I have ever used. Reece and Kathy are the kindest people I have met. They treat you like family. They offer bathrooms and water and treats. I would recommend Eugene safe storage to anyone.

Stored some stuff for almost a year and never had any issues. I would store with them again, they were great and super easy to work with. Replied to any questions/concerns I may have had pretty quickly. 10/10 recommend, the customer service was great.

Nice & very Friendly staff. Very clean and beautiful, like new storage facility. My unit was immaculate. Very secure feeling. You even get a welcome gift left for you in your unit. I’m impressed and would highly recommend.

Kathy and Reese were so helpful with determining my needs and getting me all set up with a lock, 3 nicely marked keys to locate easily and even a key fob. And there was more, purified bottled water and even trail mix, (moving is a hungry job), plus an important tool, a pen along with great information about the facility and important contact information, with business cards. These were all gift wrapped in a nice clear plastic sleeve with a coordinated color ribbon. The details and cleanliness of this beautiful facility was impressive. I HIGHLY recommend this facility and location So happy I found them. I’ve used other storage facilities in my many moves and this one is “Top Drawer”, an old expression for a new experience.

Excellent customer service! Very clean and secure storage area. We are moving a business so live the wide lanes - we can use a tractor or skid steer to move heavy items and parts with lots of room to maneuver. Appreciate the online contracts so we don’t have to drive 9 hours to sign in person and the insurance option! The website is great - I appreciated the option to reserve a unit for 7 days so we could get our ducks in a row. Above all, Reese is excellent - great communication, very responsive to questions and follows through on every commitment - whether it’s meeting us when we move in, getting the prep done or following up with answers to questions. So professional! More often than not storage businesses hire people that become complacent over time and less professional - this is not that kind of business! Whoever hired Reese deserves an award and he deserves a raise!
