I came in for a few things. The person that helped me was Sophia. Very charming young lady and very knowledgeable about prices and correct packaging. I truly appreciated this young ladies patience and knowledge. I must definitely will make this my UPS store because super convenient and accessible. The staff is awesome too. Thank You Sophia.

This store is the best.

The people who work here are wonderful. They give great advice and they're really friendly. Their fun personalities helped me heal from going postal due to Amazon returns of stuff I never ordered and a giant hurdle at a USPS office. I mail everything I can at their shop.

Maria was so helpful with my passport photos and notary needs. Maria helped explain the options I had for shipping and was so patient and kind with all of my questions. Maria also checked to make sure I like my passport photo. Maria is amazing!

With the thunderous odor of Thor's Hammer the fine young lady working here took care of our business of the day. Very professional. In and out and on our way, okay. A small yet tidy store in a busy shopping center. No qualms. No worries. Only glad and happy faces. Rum Tum tidfle um.

This place is excellent. We recently moved to Eugene and set-up a PO Box here and also started having a lot of our packages delivered. They send you emails when the package is received, know each of our family members, and every single employee is professional, efficient, and as importantly very friendly. It seems like a lot, if not all, of the negative complaints have to do with the shippers themselves (US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, etc) and not the store itself. So it's not fair to blame this great local business as each and every time we go in which is 4-5 times a week, we have a very pleasurable experience.

I often return Amazon packages at the UPS Store at 29th and Willamette, and I have to give a huge shout out to the awesome employees (Maria, Emma, and Eric) who have been STELLAR at assisting me. Sometimes I have multiple items to return and Maria, Emma, and Eric are always super patient and accommodating. Occasionally I’ve had a problem with the returns and they have been diligent at helping me resolve the issue. I’ve owned and operated my own business for more than 20 years and I know that great employees are not always easy to come by. Maria, Emma, and Eric are great employees! It’s the main reason I always select the UPS Store for my returns (even though my other option—Whole Foods—would be more convenient for me). It’s also the reason that I do all my shipping from your location. Fantastic job, UPS Store…your outstanding customer service has won my loyalty!

I’ve been to this location several times and always had a great experience. The staff is very friendly, competent, and highly professional. Devin packed a box for me today and took extra care in handling. 5 stars for Devin!!!

I've concluded working remotely for my former company and needed to have my computer equipment, including multiple monitors, shipped several states. They took care of me here with a professional and friendly service that goes above and beyond. I could not have asked for better help.

Emma, specifically, was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about all questions I had. Big thank you to Emma for making my last day at my company end on a positive note.

I frequent this location and they do a great job! Certain times of the year suck for them and are bound to create hassles, long wait times and lines. That's fine. I always bring a book to read in line because its not the employees fault. It seems most customer service jobs are largely thankless so I make sure to always be polite and say thank you! Just my two cents.

I visit this store between 2-5 times a week, and every time the service is great. Riley has helped me numerous times with issues from lost packages, mailing and insuring large expensive packages, picking up packages and other things. He and all the workers are always super helpful and kind. I’m super thankful to have this store on my side of town. Wendy went above and beyond to help me get proof of drop off awhile ago which got me the refund from the company. Thank you!!

This location has been scoring points with me for years as they have continually been open longer than any other local UPS locations, combined with fast and easy returns and drop-offs. This means a lot to me being a college student who doesn’t have time during the week to stop by for my various returns and shipping needs. Boosting this location with an easy 5-star rating from me.

Wendy and her team does an excellent job! I used to only go here for shipping presents but they do so much more! When my Aunt & Uncle's dog passed away I was able to get some beautiful canvas prints for them here. I highly recommend checking out this UPS store for anything you have that needs to be printed!

I had a wonderful guy named Eric help me ship a bunch of my client’s items. I was so lost at what to do, but He was so helpful and his coworkers and manager were too. Excellent customer service and very kind folks. I’ll never go to fedex again!

I cannot thank Riley, Maria and Emma enough for their outstanding service last week at UPS Willamette St. We had gone to Fedex downtown to get a quote on sending 8 boxes of media to Simmons College Boston. Fedex were super unhelpful, not only in boxing it all up, despite not having a Media Mail Pricing option they quoted us $630 over ground and advised they were much cheaper than UPS.

At UPS Riley was super helpful on the phone and gave us an estimate of around $350 via Media Mail based on weight and size. We decided to run with them, and when we got into the store to send it Maria and Emma were super helpful and friendly getting it all weighed up and posted. The actual cost was $306!!!! Astonishing price difference - and they did it all with smile and such a friendly can do attitude service!!!

Then we also had some awkward items to repackage to take with us overseas and Riley and Maria were both super friendly at helping us get our items packed. When we wanted quotes for sending a lamp, no problem! I cant recommend this store highly enough and even when they get difficult customers you can hear them providing a service with a smile. Such great staff.

All of my experiences at the Willamette Street location have been wonderful. I hardly ship any packages out, so I am not familiar with the process. The staff members have always been helpful. They work efficiently and diligently. I truly appreciate their help.

Wendy Westcott and her staff at UPS are so very efficient, professional and kind. I have had the opportunity to print several projects through their online service, as well as ship out documents. Definitely recommend their store for you printing and shipping needs!

Greatly improved since new ownership/management took over about a year ago. Nothing at all like the original management. I live 5 minute walk from this location, but prior to the mgmt change, I would drive 15 minutes to the other UPS store to avoid using this one. That's how bad it was. In contrast, everything works really smooth at this location now. The only thing I wish they would improve is that they have a set (and secure) location to drop off packages that are already labeled and paid for. Sometimes I get stuck in line behind a "do I need a label? how much does it cost? hold on, I forgot my wallet in the car" type of person, and it is not enjoyable. :-)

As always, I had another great experience this week with printing color flyers at the UPS stores on Willamette and Division Ave in Eugene. Wendy and her team are wonderful and go above and beyond to help out their customers!

I recently needed to ship 10 blankets for a service project my daughter was working on. I didn't have a box at home and wasn't sure exactly what to do. Wendy and the staff at the UPS store did an amazing job of helping me get the items into the store, boxing everything up and getting my goods to their destination quickly. It was wonderful to wrap up this task quickly. If you need to ship something and you don't have a box or you need something shipped easily, pop into this store they are AWESOME!

What a convenient location to be able to drop off large envelopes and packages! I often find myself juggling boxes on my way into the store and it is AWESOME that the NEW OWNER fixed the automatic door access after years of it being out of order. THANK YOU -highly recommend this UPS Store for diverse shipping needs.
