We moved to Indiana and needed storage. Andy at A&M storage helped us out right away. We even had to move back out of state and Andy kept our stuff safe and secure. Almost a year of storage and a few bumps in the road on my end, great communication, great prices, great management. Thank you.

This place will try to rip you off out of nowhere! My Family was in a tight spot and we needed a unit while we were trying to close on our house. We only had our belongings in a unit for a little over a week. Paid for the whole month of May 2023. I got a text from them on May 9th saying thanks you have been moved out and they tried to charge a cleaning fee of $50 because we still had a couch in there. We had 22 days left and he opened our unit to look in. We had some things to store for this weekend. When I got to my unit to put our things in there was a white padlock on it. If you need a place to store your things I would not recommend them for this reason. They took our money tried to get more from us then locked us out. What a way to treat a paying cust
omer!

The units are fine, price was ok, but well, when you get lied to....there the push.

Go anywhere else. ANYWHERE else.
When they say they prorate, get it in writing.

Had reservation and confirmation number and the guy rented it out from under me. Piss poor way to do business. Can't even contact the owner through any number on site only foreigners you can't understand.
