I had the absolute best experience with Finzel’s! I had car trouble while on a road trip and needed to major help. They were able to squeeze me in between appointments, gave me a ride back to the hotel, and picked me back up when the car was ready. I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of the fact that I was traveling and desperate, or a single female with no clue what was wrong with my car. The prices were phenomenal!! I was so nervous that I’d need to brake the bank to get my car back on the road since I have a BMW. That was not the case at all. Terre Haute was the best place to break down, all because of Finzel’s. All the staff with so kind and patient. I highly recommend taking your car there for any issues!

Amazing technicians. I am a first time customer and brought my Porsche SUV and they did a great job on oil change, safety check points , tire rotation, alignment. I even received what was done on my car with pictures and recommendation. I don't feel even a dealership service gave me that print out with pictures . Thank you so much to car technians pleasure to. Finzels and the crew were awesome!! Not only did I have car problems but I also had transportation issues. The team went out of their way to help me find the right solution for my car as well as help me get my car back and forth to the shop and back home. I have never had a company. Have so much knowledge, so much patience, and consideration for their customers. I would highly recommend them and the team!

This was the first time I'd had a problem with my car. Finzel's was absolutely excellent. Their communication with me was top notch, and kept me informed on repairs. They did NOT over charge me. Great place. I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience here. They did a full inspection sent it to my phone with pictures and told me everything that was wrong with my car. The prices are reasonable and comparable but I always believed you pay for what you get.. customer service is top-notch The service work is the best in town. They even have a golden retriever that walks around that's very friendly. I do have to make a comment about the bathroom.... I have never been in such a clean bathroom where you get your own personal towel to dry your hands (see attached picture) also I didn't see any plastic cups you get to use real ceramic coffee cups...... you never see that at a regular service station. I would highly recommend this place. I have to go back in a week to get my tire fixed so I will let you know how that visit went as well. Update 3-7-2020 great service amazing staff. Best mechanic around. Waiting room was nice.

Roarke and his team went above and beyond for me! I called to see if they could help with an issue I created and they assured me they could. THEY SURE DID. They were in contact with me every step of the way. I can never thank them enough for all they have done! My car now drives BETTER than it ever has! I will continue to use Roarke and his team for all my car maintenance needs!

Our 14 year old car runs like brand new after Finzel’s did a brake diagnostic, ordered in the needed parts, and had the work completed the next afternoon. This after another (out-of-town) shop “fixed” the brakes without finding the underlying problem. Thank you, Finzel’s!

They contacted us to let us know what they had found wrong and then asked our permission before proceeding with any work and letting us know what the cost would be before they started.
They are very friendly and efficient.
Their shop is very clean. Definitely recommend this place.

They are very polite. They started working on my car immediately. They were very honest in explaining my warranty. I will go back again.

Great service and friendly laughing people and a beautiful house dog. The job was done well and in a timely manner and they also let me borrow a nice loaner car. I will be back for all future needs.

Went in because I needed an alignment and Scott helped me right away and set it up to where I can use one of their loaner vehicles while they fixed my truck. Best Service!

My family have been customers for years. They can usually work me into their schedule for quick service and are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The dog is my favorite :)

The best in town gets the job professional. Full inspection let you know what's wrong call you see if you want it fix or not most shops fix it and notcontact you not a Finzel Master Tech. Thank you guy yall are awesome

My vehicle broke down at 5:20 am in Terre Haute on a Monday while driving to a sporting break trip w/ family in tow.
I contacted Terre Haute PD watch desk and asked about reputations of local shops. Finzel's came highly recommended.

Bernie, Scott, Steve, and crew were awesome! Sure I had to pay $$$ i didn't want to for a problem (fuel injector) that i thought head been corrected by another shop in my local area, but they were timely, reasonably priced, and very pleasant in the office (took vehicle in at 8:10 a.m., done at 9:30 a.m.) My family made a new friend with Clark, the pup ;) and if I ever reside anywhere close to Terre Haute I would ALWAYS use Finzel's!

My daughter's car broke down on our way to Michigan for a girls weekend trip last Friday. We are from Troy, Mo. We were able to get the car to Finzel's before they closed for the day. These guys went above and beyond in helping us find a rental car, giving us ride to Toyota dealership to pick up the rental plus wait at the shop til we got there to get our luggages after hours. They were able to fix the car first thing Monday morning so we could get back home safely. I can't thank you enough for all you did for us! I highly recommend Finzel's because they are a good group of people and quality of their work is fantastic. Thank You!!

Can't recommend this place enough. Needed to get my SmartCar fixed, and when I took it to Firestone they said "Yeah, we'll get the part!" And then 2 hours later called me and backpedalled saying I need to take it to a Mercedes repair facility. Finzel's was able to get me in ASAP and they got the part so quickly, had the car fixed within hours. They also were willing to work with my warranty provider despite bit being in-network. Everything was super smooth!

Every employee that I spoke with was exceptionally nice and clear in their explanations. As a woman, I can count on two hands the amount of times I've been talked down to when dealing with car repair garages, but I didn't experience that at all here. Definitely will be returning the next time something goes wrong. Thanks guys! 😊

Just wanted to say that everyone at Finzel’s is so helpful and polite. I love going in and it’s never a hassle. They also have the best greeters in town😊

First time there. Great service and friendly staff. Took me riight in, removed a nail from my tire, that I thought only needed air.
Replaced batteries in two key pods. Probably saved me from having to deal with a flat while driving. But the staff member that gets the Golden Star is this sweet, sweet dog that greeted me at the door of the waiting room. Walked me to a set and set with me for a couple of minutes. Until the next customer came through the door. Whom he saw as his job to greet.
Have always though it was necessary to take my car to the dealership.
Several friends had told me thery were bringing there cars to you.

Extremely happy with the service. I went to them for a second opinion on an engine sludging issue. Thank goodness I did. They saved me thousands of dollars , literally. I would like to think they see their customers as real people and not ones to milk money out of like some dealerships where I was quoted a five figure number .
They have my forever loyalty . Thank you Finzels.
