Jon and Mark always do a fantastic job. Jon handled my father's passing with dignity and understanding. He thoroughly explained the procedures and offered recommendations when needed. Jon took time out of his Sunday off to meet with us and help us arrange everything to make it just how Dad would want. My family highly recommends them.

We have always entrusted our funeral needs to Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home. Eleven years ago, Jon helped us arrange our mom's funeral and everything was amazing.
Our father passed away last week and we laid him to rest today. Jon went over and above, in helping us choose appropriate and meaningful touches for our dad's funeral.
Their customer service has in the past and continues to always exceed our expectations.

I want to say thank you very much and I highly recommend Zwick, Jahn Funeral Home. My family has used them for family members as far back as I can remember. My Mother passed in February and again they were the Funeral Home of choice, even if my Mother had not preplanned her funeral. The care, compassion, and attention to detail are excellent. They help without being intrusive, and keep events organized without anyone realizing, they explain what is happening so that the mourners are able to simply participate in a beautifully planned and directed service experience. I would recommend them to everyone in the area. Thanks to each of the staff members for their care, help and compassion.

Dad preplanned his funeral. When he passed in April this year, Hospice phoned Zwick and Jahn for us. They were skilled and helpful in so very many ways, from coming promptly for the body to tending flowers after the lunch. Although my parents had planned long ago to use the home in Monroeville, facilities in Decatur were so accomodating and all the staff so gracious that we switched and never looked back.
"Are all funeral directors so wonderful to work with?" I asked someone. "By no means." Then we buried my step mother-in-law last week, southwest of Indianapolis. Everything was OK, but over and over my wife and I found ourselves reflecting, It was better in so many ways at Zwick and Jahn. They are professional, and they care, and it shows.

Upon my Mom’s passing, Zwick and Jann, ( Jon and staff) made a very difficult time less stressful. They were easy to work with. Always friendly and professional. I wanted to honor my mom and give her the best. Jon and his staff made that possible.

This was my first time having to lay someone I love to rest. I'm so glad I chose Zwick & Jahn. They are very kind and most helpful. They took care of many of extra arrangements that made it easier for my grieving time. Megan received a beautiful goodbye. Thank you to all at Zwick & Jahn.

Excellent care & service. Second to none. My family has used this funeral home since 1977. Every service since then after has been impeccable. My most recent two family funerals were catered to well. Top notch.

There are many great things to speak about of these great people but they're the best when you need them in these dreaded times I've always been treated with such kindness and respect for the living and deceased thank you zwick & jahns ours family patinige will continue into the future again I thank you God bless you all.
