As a family with multiple pets over the years and returning customers. The Entire staff is wonderful. Dr. Sundholmis very good and thorough with her examinations.

The technicians are very gentle and kind. Especially the one that we had today. I only wish I could remember names to put it on this post.

Once we established care for our Golden and our 3 cats at West Eugene Animal Hospital we found the care and concern for our pets a positive reinforcer to return. The staff and doctors are very friendly and take time to explain the needs our pet has when we visit. We trust our pets needs will be professionally met here.

Thomas at the front desk is so kind and understanding, and there’s no one better than Dr Larsen. We just love it here.

They were great with helping us handle our babyboy oliver. We had to put him down on the 19th and they were very gentle and I could see they were also hurt by the lose. Please, don't go anywhere else but here, you won't regret it. Goodbye oliver. I love you

I have been a long-time customer for many years for my cats. The vets and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. At times when one of my cats need care, the vets were to able see my ill cat in a timely manner. The vets worked with me in developing the cat's treatment plan. During the sad times when my cat had to cross over the rainbow bridge the vet and staff were caring and supportive for me and the cat. I could not ask better for an animal hospital, its vets and staff.

This vet office is such a big difference from any other I have been to. They listen to all issues, are willing to work with specific personal needs, and have such a good attitude. I haven't had to wait an extremely long time like others for a scheduled appointment. I have specific concerns about teeth (affects heart health) and they were willing to answer every question and the vet allowed me the opportunity to look in my cats mouths as he was inspecting too - which is rare!
My only issue I have had is one receptionist who clearly didn't want to be there using 0 communication however I can look past it because the others have been SO helpful!

Always get the best care, and the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. Our fur babies have been patients here for a few years and it is usually the same staff or doctors seeing them each visit, so it is great to have someone familiar who my dog and cat know and can feel more comfortable with!

I absolutely recommend them. My appointment was for 5pm. They are very thorough and actually took their time with me. I brought two dogs, and was never rushed. They listened and answered every question, even if I asked multiple times. Very patient and explained things slowly and in full detail. If you bring your pets, I'm sure you will be treated the same. Very respectful team, a tight ship. Thank you!

this is a great office, my dog fiona needed her script from her last vet office. Madde was able to acquire her script and i was able to get her Hills dog food G.I. biome for her gastro issue. great service and very friendly office.

Great service, my cat was very relaxed. Vet and assistant did a good job in making sure my cat was secure and comfortable.
I appreciate not being upsold on any products or food brands, but then again my cat is very healthy.

This is absolutely the most wonderful vet in all of Springfield and Eugene! Before deciding on a vet for our boys I shopped around for pricing and reviews. The staff here is absolutely amazing (thank you Dr. Bruce, Kelsie, Thomas) you can tell that they care so much about what they do and helping your family members to feel better. And their pricing is comparable to the clinic on 4courners that everyone says is supposed to have the best prices in town (thought there are some services at West Eugene that are better priced) and at West Eugene they can get you in right away, sometimes even same day, whereas with 4corners you have to wait multiple months to get in so what are you really saving. Our senior dog became very ill and we were worried he would be passing soon. We brought him into West Eugene where they were able to diagnose him and help us to give him the proper care to get better. It has taken several months and multiple visits (that the staff was kind enough to label as progress visits at no additional charge) to get our fur baby back to his old self with a clean bill of health and we finally got the phone call this past Saturday from Dr. Bruce that his tests came back negative and he was finally better!!! Thank you so much to everyone at West Eugene, the best vet by far in all of Lane county!!!

My wife and I have been taking our dogs to West Eugene Animal Hospital for about seven years now and they have provided excellent care for our dogs. They have always been hospitable, kind, caring, and attentive to our dog's needs. They send reminders for the medications that are required to keep our pets healthy and happy; they have always been available to see them right away if necessary. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a vet for their pet to choose West Eugene Animal Hospital.

We've taken our dog here for years and have always had a good experience. At 13, my dog is having a lot of agent related changes and it is scary. We met with Dr Larsen on this last visit and I really felt heard and that my dog was truly cared for by him. He was patient with my long list of concerns and questions and we left feeling confident about where my pup is at with his aging and such. Thanks!

I always feel so welcome at this pet hospital. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and makes me feel at ease. It never takes too long to get an appointment and the prices are very affordable. It’s taken me a few years to find the right vet hospital for me and my dog, but West Eugene Animal Hospital is it! Great customer service from the time you call, to the moment you step in the door. They have always been able to get us in the same day, even when it meant having to say goodbye to our sweet kitty unexpectedly so she didn't suffer. The doctors and vet technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate. They thoroughly answer all of our questions, and don't pressure us into any procedure we are not comfortable with financially. We have traveled the country with our pets and gone to many vet offices over the years--this one is the absolute best. Your first visit is complimentary--we'd highly recommend giving them a try!

I was so happy after my pup, Polly, and I left WEAH. The assistant who took care of Polly, and took her back to the room was beyond friendly and professional. I felt safe and comfortable handing Polly over to her. I wish I knew her name, because how far above and beyond she went every second that I was there. She double and triple checked that Polly and I had everything we needed before we left, and she even told me that she gave Polly extra snuggles while they were in the back! Polly is not super comfortable with new people but she took to the assistant right away! Through some miscommunication on my part, she had to take Polly back a few times and she was tremendously gracious about it each time. I was incredibly impressed with the care we received. We will definitely be coming back to this clinic. I was also very happy that each employee I saw had a mask on, and was wearing it properly!

They care for your pet just like you would expect a good vet should do. Can't go wrong with using their service.

We have been taking our pets to the West Eugene Animal Hospital for 16 yrs. The Staff and Vets are polite, knowledgeable, and professional! Our pets have received the finest care and treatment when they are not feeling well and general well-being checkups. Recommend highly!
