Complete Outdoor Equipment

I have been a customer at complete outdoor for almost 24 years. They are very professional, honest and good people. Over the years there has been a few ups and downs. But I have been very pleased. The only down part is turnaround time for service which can range from two to three weeks during mowing time. The way to remedy that is to take advantage of their winter special of free pick up and delivery so you will be set to go in spring without worries.

Thank you Brian and the Service Department team for getting my John Deere mower fixed for me. It's an extremely busy time of year for them and they still took in my mower when it broke down. It took a little longer than expected but that wasn't their fault (parts were slow getting to them). I appreciated their communication with me and the overall cost of repair was lower than I expected. Thanks again guys!

Family owned and a fantastic establishment. Customer service is always top notch, as well as the equipment and timeliness of any setup. We use them every year for several events and always utilize their tent setup, I’ve never experience a more dedicated and hard working crew!

Definitely an honest place, they did a $50 repair instead of pushing for a big bucks teardown. Shop rate is a little higher, but since they are factory authorized for my John Deere, they don't need a lot of time to do it RIGHT!! very pleased ❣

Awesome experience! Delivered tent, quick set up, absolutely beautiful! Small issue with dance floor and it was repaired immediately at no cost to us. I recommend this company and will use again.

We were able to find a great used UTV at a very good price. We looked at a lot of places, but their selection and prices were the best. Our family has enjoyed several country cruises in it so far with many more to come!

Nice place for mower parts, John Deere

SO FAR.. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN GOOD.. Unfortunately my old 25year John Deere mower needs bearings replaced. I was disappointed to hear that because of the additional $70 some dollars but if it keeps it running .. then that is a good thing.. I'll come back and re-repost if any problems.. so far so good.

I’ve ordered parts from these guys for years. Very knowledgeable staff that are eager to help. Only been a couple times they couldn’t get what I needed but either helped me with parts numbers or referred me to where I could.

These guys are great! They came out and installed a tent for our event in the middle of a snowstorm, with no complaint. The tent was perfect, and we couldn't be happier with how it worked out.
