This post office is one of the best in the country! The associates are kind, considerate, and genuinely nice. They care about the customers in a manner that is not replicated at other businesses.

Need a PASSPORT... these are the people!! But you MUST make an appointment. Super friendly. Dont forget to take your passport photos with you. Any CVS does them.

Just went to get my passport. Did not realize I needed to make an appointment. Augusta was incredibly helpful and did it anyway for me. Very nice people here, even though they are probably incredibly overworked and understaffed. Definitely would come back.

In all the post offices in Terre Haute this one is always my best experience. Fast, friendly, and they even apologize for my wait even though it’s not their fault. The workers have always been kind and pleasant to me.

The staffs here are extremely friendly and nice. I recently have to come here many time to apply for passport and ship items out to family and all of those time I didn’t have to wait long and they were supper helpful.

Staff is incredibly friendly. Priority mail packages always are delivered on time. Never had a lost package. I sell on ebay - been very impressed with usps as a whole.

Have had excellent service from all of the employees at this mailing station and will continue to go to this facility as each of them are thoughtful, kind, caring and also highly skilled and organized. Terre Haute is fortunate to have such a good postal service facility!!! (:

I love this location. I ship a lot of things and I usually always have the same three employees and they are always fast and efficient. Never had anyone be rude to me here.

Just dropping off mail. A lot of cars in the lot & a line for help but all 3 stations were open & working.

Randal was extremely kind and patient helping me find the perfect box to mail my package in. I really appreciated the exception service!

Staff are welcoming and knowledgeable each time I need to stop in. Both this location and the Rose Station employees obviously take a lot of pride in their work.
