I really love my therapist Noni and peer support from Ann. They offer many different groups and classes that have helped me grow and heal.

Kind and caring people from top to bottom.

I told my counselor and prescriber I had severe schizophrenia on my first appointment. They mapped out a plan for improvement in hopes of re-joining the workforce. Every private practice I went to did nothing but up dosages and essentially said I would be a vegetable the rest of my life.

If you are used to private practices, expect longer waits for setting up follow-up appointments, med refills, etc. The good news is they usually answer the phone during business hours. If you are persistent, they will get what you need to be done.

I've received the best care from all of the medical professionals I see at LCBH. Everyone is AMAZING! They all listen to me, show understanding, compassion, kindness, patience, etc... Very professional, personable, and genuinely care about me and my well being. I consider myself the be extremely blessed to have such great care for all my needs in one building!

My family has had services from Lane County Behavioral Health for a period of years and it has been professional, and compassionate. The staff, therapists and doctors that we have worked with have all been polite and kind. I would recommend this location if there are any behavioral or mental health issues that may need medical attention.

Quick intake, assessment, and provided services. Comprehensive treatment plans with Groups offered daily that support individual therapy. Coordinated effort provided by team. Highly recommended environment. Ive felt grateful and privileged to receive services at LCBH.

They state they will call you back and not call you back. When you try to call them all you get is voicemail.
