I have been seeing Dr. Judge for over 15 years. He delivered 3 of my 4 children as well. I have always had a wonderful experience with Dr. Judge. I obviously trust him with my life and the lives of my children. The staff at Dr. Judges office is fantastic. Very professional and caring group of people. I would recommend his office to anyone.

I was a patient here when Doctor Judge was in charge and always had great care and was taken care of properly. Now that he has retired and Adams Medical Group has taken over, it has only gone down hill. The inside isn’t taken care of like it was before. The care is not what it use to be. My recent experience was to receive my seasonal allergy shot that I get every spring. Now that Doctor Lautzenheiser has taken control I no longer can receive it. They told me I can get a prescription for some pills and a nasal spray instead of the shot. From getting a shot 1 time a year to now they want me to have to go to the pharmacy every month just for seasonal allergies when 1 shot for the year took care of it no problem.

This review is based on a representative in the billing department -Jenny. We have not had a problem with Dr. Judge or other PA's, in fact they are thorough. We however have feedback regarding dismissive behavior when asking about a recent bill as a result of bloodwork my wife had done to test her thyroid. When the bill arrived it was much higher than expected and we found out that additional tests were ran and they all have a cost. When calling in to ask, the communication from her was positioned that this is the bill and WE should have asked more questions up front on what tests would be done in addition to the thyroid. We did not see the paperwork as it was faxed directly to Adams Mem Hosp. We are a common family and health care costs have become very expensive. Doctor Judge has a comforting family practice and has taken care of generations of families in the area. I feel that Jenny in particular did not represent the physicians she works for in the same manner. We felt like a burden to her on the phone and that she had more important things to get to. I would have understood more if her communication was made in an educating tone, then we would have chalked it up as something new to learn for next time. Instead her tone was entirely burdensome. Upon communicating that we will no longer choose Dr. Judge as our practitioner, Jenny said that is our choice. So be it. Thank you.
