Sam's been my trusted car guy forever

They state they will do convertible tops, but when you drive to this "business" and are told the guy who does it is gone for a week, and to call then, not taking any information. Then I called back a week later and even left a voicemail. Then another week later, no call back. This clearly is a shop that doesn't want customers or money. I am not begging for them to do what they claim to do on they're website. No wonder they had to sell they're business and work out of their own home. Clearly lazy. Also this Mara below me is Sam's wife. So no real or actual customer has anything good to say about this business.
