This place has good coffee. But the avocado toast is outstanding. The ricotta cheese sprinkled with everything bagel seasoning really makes it taste good. And the toast, whatever bread they use and it's thick cut, and they add an entire avocado on top. I also had them fried egg and put that on top. Excellent.

Baked goods are also good, lots of variety. But the avocado toast is really the thing to get. I would come here daily. Internet access in case you need to work. Older clientele. Easy parking. Great atmosphere. Half of it is quiet and wood decor. The other half is a little more Cafe open feeling with tile and local artwork. Again, must highlight the avocado toast.

I genuinely love this place so much! I do call ahead ordering frequently in my way to work and they are always so nice. They also make killer drinks and amazing avocado toast. By far my favorite coffee place in Eugene! (Ps. My dog loves it too!)

I went here for the first time and it exceeded my expectations. The cafe is big and open with a lot of places to sit. They've even got a bench with pillows on it for maximum lounging. The coffee was the best coffee I've ever had, hands down. It was rich, flavorful, and the perfect temperature. I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely be back.

Café with spacious, industrial-vibe interior. Food options are quite extensive and every item we tried were well put together and tasty. Coffee was equally good and organic juice (made in-house, I think) tasted fresh. It takes a bit of drive to get to, if you are passing by Eugene via I-5, but I think it is worth a bit of detour.

Great coffee and food! They use a small space to give a quality experience. Service is always prompt, even when they are busy. Highly recommend the biscuits and gravy! Also recommend ordering coffee or espresso beans from them for home use.

Wonderful spot. I do miss some of the pastry options that seem to have become absent since that pandamnic thing. The coffee is delicious and this is my go to place for stocking up for my home espresso supply of beans. Wish they would offer eggs Benedict. I feel like they may be the only place to get them right and do so consistently.

Yummy in my tummy. Imo prob the best pastries in eugene, and the biscuits and gravy and breakfast burrito are good as well, if a little bit overpriced. The quality of the coffee is also very high. Come here to get scrumped by the food.

I never know if I should describe Coffee Plant Roaster as a "hidden gem" or not. It's on a pretty busy stretch of West 11th, after all... But I'll never hesitate to call it a "gem".

It's a proper third wave coffee shop, and everything they do is expertly done - even the tea (which is so often overlooked).

Stop by, get a drink, get some food, and tip your baristas. You won't regret any of it.

I came for a quick coffee and glad I did.

They have busy a kitchen, but didn’t try their food. Baked goods looks tempting and fresh.

Parking was easy given the lot is so large. On a busy day you can snake around and be at the light so you don’t have to battle turning left on 11th.

Hot drink sizes go up to 20oz

Will be back.

Consistent and professional: Each time I go in, I order the Café Borgia and this time was no exception. It was a very important meeting with a close friend after a life event for our family, and they remembered drink order from 15 minutes upon entrance and made it swiftly after porting my friends coffee. I sat comfortably at a window seat and we chatted for over an hour without interruption, and also enjoyed a tall glass each of lemon water. Will go down as perhaps my best visit yet to the establishment, where Is honestly have to think long and hard for a single complaint the several times I've relied on them for a simple but fantastic coffee fix. There's no better choice for coffee in the Eugene/Springfield area, so if you're visiting, skip Starbucks and enjoy ambiance with your beverage and not be another number -- become family.

Hands down, best place for breakfast and lunch in Eugene. We've had a variety of the meals, and not one of them has disappointed. The entree that got me to write a review is the Kentucky Hot Brown sandwich. It's vegan and it's PHENOMENAL. Whoever is the chef here, is doing some amazing things with their menu.

Literally my favorite coffee place in the area. The food is SO yummy, and the iced dirty chai that I got is one of the very best that I have ever had, if not the best. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming - I try and come at least twice a week. Amazing service, all of the staff is super helpful and nice. Highly recommend!

We went here for avocado toast and fresh roasted coffee and were pleasantly surprised to find chilaquiles. The breakfast and lunch menu had tons of varied options whether you’re looking for a big breakfast or small bites. It was the perfect place to caffeinate before the rest of our trip down West 11th to the coast.

Gorgeous, spacious coffee shop with lots of outlets and tables for working. Coffee is delicious and tons of vegetarian options. Breakfast sandwich on a biscuit with tempeh was incredible—most flavorful tempeh I’ve ever had!

Loved seeing the guy roasting the coffee right next to our table. Drinks were good, food was good and I saw an enormous platter of biscuits and gravy going by.

Excellent espresso and coffee. The baristas really pay attention to the coffee. It can get pleasantly busy at times.

Espresso was perfect. Iced vanilla latte was smooth and subtly sweet. Breakfast burrito and açaí bowls made for a great breakfast, too! They only have a handful of table available right now so we has to take our food to go, which wasn’t a big deal, just something to be aware of :)
