Very satisfied customer here. I had started roofing my house on my own, but couldn't finish due to a family emergency. Jack came out quickly and gave a good bid using the materials I had already purchased. We were scheduled for ways out, but as soon as there was a diecast of rain, he sent a crew to get our roof done so we wouldn't have any issues with a leaking roof. When all was said and done, it was less than two weeks from my initial call to the roof being completed. Whenever I have another roof project, I will definitely be calling Pinnacle.

Hi I used Pinnacle Roofing for a leaking roof and skylight they were great and very responsive. I dealt with Jack, the owner, it was a two part job because they had to order a replacement skylight and install it after the new skylight came in. I live out of town and was totally satisfied with the entire transaction. Only had to pay for the job after it was completed.

We just had a new roof put on by Jack's crew and they did an outstanding job. Jack came to the house and showed us what materials he would be using and we were so impressed with him and his crew is a great group of guys and did an excellent job of cleaning up. I had a leaky roof section repaired by Pinnacle right at the end of spring. With rain just starting I noticed new spiderweb cracks in my ceiling. I called up Jack and he came over right away on a Sunday to take a look. He helped identify that the work was faulty and had been completed by a guy who no longer worked there. Jack sent another employee out the next day and the work was done right. It's rare to find people who stand by their work when it doesn't go right. You can rest assured that Pinnacle will either get it right or make it right.

Folks. You will NOT get a better roof OR a better price in the area. I operated a construction company when I was young and always subbed out the roofing. I've seen it all, the good the bad and the extremely ugly. I've had two roofs done by Jack so far; two very different and challenging roofs, and they both came out awesome. I'll be back with photos of the most difficult one, once we get the house painted. Shawn and the boys are great to work around; always respectful of the residents. And don't get me started about Jack! The man has a heart of gold. He loves animals and donated a FREE roof to Greenhill Humane Society (materials AND labor), and agreed to donate another $10,000 cash to Greenhill as part of an agreement with a client. Whoa! Who even does that anyway!

By far the most professional, honest, and reliable roofing company I have ever used. They finished the job ahead of schedule, on budget, and cleaned up everything before they left. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a roofing contractor.

Great experience, Jack gave a very detailed bid listing what he planned on doing, the cost associated with each item, how long it would take, when to expect them, how his guys would clean up daily, and keep the backyard gates shut in order to keep the dogs inside.
In the contract he had warnings about plant damage in three places that we had to initial, his terms, when he would start, how long it would take, what was a fixed part of the quote, plus what he would charge to replace bad wood/trim. He graciously allowed us to upgrade some items after he started, and did not snark when we changed our minds after he placed the supply order, but before his guys started to install stuff.
He promised 21 days to a new roof, they finished the house in under 18 days, the two fig trees we cared about, that we asked him to not damage were left in great shape. His guys cleaned up before they left each day, his crew worked EVERY dry day and some of the rainy days to make sure the roof was left water tight at the end of each day. Jack kept his word. HIRE his company!

Polite, businesslike crew, very responsive to questions and requests and excellent workmanship. I have contstruction background and know it when i see it. On time and within estimate. Highly recommend them. No reservations.
