The staff was friendly. The food was good as was the price. It's a place that you can take your family and be able to afford it.

The atmosphere and service are delightful. Very welcoming staff. Friendly atmosphere all around. For my first time being here, the Patty Melt is delicious. The fries and ranch are a great combination, with the ranch being my favorite 😁😂. The green tea is very relaxing. 😌

Richard's in Bluffton, IN is our favorite. We live in Portland but prefer to go to Bluffton.

They were short-staffed has a lot of restaurants are right now. When we finally did get our waitress she was very attentive and the food is very reasonably priced and taste good

I have had lunch and dinner here a lot. Always good food and good service. I had fish nuggets and they were very good. I was full but not stuffed. I love their Harvard beets.

Great family environment. Staff is nice and tries to make your visit enjoyable. Good food for decent prices. I recommend the wild Alaskan salmon southwest style with the dill sauce.

New to area, love non chain home cooking. Friendly atmosphere well patronized by locals and older people who know good food and good value can go hand in hand. We will be back!

Best broasted chicken around ! Good coffee also ! In fact every thing was delicious ! Wish I had had room for an apple dumpling ! Our waitress was super nice ! I'm sorry I forgot her name so she could be told how nice she was to us ! Thank you for making our evening enjoyable !

Been going there all my life. Good food and hospitable staff. Treasure box with free toy for younger kids to choose from and small window market for teens to browse while parents pay. Good, clean batrooms, remodled in recent years.

Bluffton doest have enough restaurants. Richards prices are better than the others. The food quality is good. Best sugar creme pie except for the crust. Don Strong hanging on in Blufftucky.

A little bit of slower than normal service, the waitress was not the most friendly and only checked on us once. Forgot a part of my meal, we needed refills and I wanted ketchup. Took forever for her to come back and it was about an hour from closing. Not the best service out of the many times we have been there.

Great place to eat. Smaller portions but always filling. Decently priced.

This was by far the best country fried steak I've had for breakfast of course with hash browns and eggs. Will be back !

The new management staff is really doing an amazing job with this restaurant. Staff is always friendly, food is hot, fresh, and much faster than before.
