Dr Yena Kim is amazing! This week, I went to VPC for Xeomin for the first time. Dr Kim explained everything thoroughly, answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I needed a touch up (it was my first time and dosage isn't the same for everyone) and she met me at the clinic and added a bit more where I needed it. Not only does she know and do her job well, she wants clients to leave happy and satisfied!! I live in Las Vegas but I will continue to fly out to Eugene for Dr Kim's services!!!! Highly recommend Dr Kim!!!! You won't be disappointed!!!!

Yena was fabulous! I can tell she really cares about me and her other patients. To find a good medical professional is a lot harder than one might think.We as women just want to look our best . That is what Yena Kim with her expertise , artistic medical skills and her caring empathetic attitude offers and brings to our area. My experience with Valley Primary Medical Spa , Yena Kim has been such a positive and life changing experience . I first saw provider Kim after a car accident. After calling around Yena Kim was the first provider available to see me and she squeezed me into her schedule when everyone else said they were booked out. I told her that I could not take the muscle relaxers they gave me at the ER since I am a single dad and can’t take anything that won’t allow me to take care of a toddler. She referred me to physical therapy and massage. She tailored a recovery program to my needs. The experience with her was so positive I have since started going back to her as my primary care provider and she has helped so much with my allergies! It’s great to be able to breathe through my nose! Highly recommend!!!

I made the decision to make Yena Kim my primary doctor when I moved to Eugene two years ago, she works with me, understands me deep down and my anxiety/depression. The receptionist is so sweet and they ALWAYS manages to get me in for appointments even if her book is full the next week, and sincerely cares about all of her patients (not just changing a dosage and never seeing you again)

Yena Kim is the best PCP I’ve ever had. She got to know me as a whole person so she can treat my ailments better. She is very friendly and really cares. I have recommended her to several people and will continue to because she is so amazing.

I have waited my entire adult life to find a PCP who is as attentive and caring as Provider Kim. As a woman, and a woman of color, it is so incredibly difficult to find a provider who takes what you say about your body seriously and genuinely works their hardest to problem solve WITH you, without being dismissive and insensitive! Dr. Kim is an amazing healthcare provider. She listens intently to every problem I bring to her and never makes anything seem trivial. She's not too hasty to try and relieve symptoms, but wants to get into the root of whats causing the issue. I always leave her office feeling better and more grounded. Her office is always kept immaculately as well. I highly recommend her to anyone in the area looking for a primary care provider.

I LOVE Yena. I can’t tell you how many other medical practitioners I’ve been to for Botox/Xeomin injections for cosmetic purposes. She has also done fillers on my lips and a couple areas (a girl has secrets). She is easy to get in with, flexible scheduling, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and just plain amazing. I refer everyone who asks me to her with confidence. She’s fair and honest and I love and appreciate all she’s done for me and my friends. Needless to say, I have the most beautifully maintained friend group of all time!❤

Conveniently located in my West Eugene neighborhood, Valley Primary Care has a healing atmosphere with koi ponds, a waterfall, and a nice massage chair where you will find me relaxing before appointments. Valley Primary Care is a well organized medical clinic; Yena Kim is the best primary care provider I have had in a long time, scheduling is easy and reliable, and specialist referrals are high quality. I was dealing with some health issues that were limiting my ability to engage in recreational activities and restricting my social life and productivity in general. Yena Kim worked directly with me to improve my overall health, and thanks to her excellent care I am now enjoying a much improved quality of life. I highly recommend Valley Primary Care!

One of the best decisions I’ve ever made was to switch my primary care provider to practitioner Kim. I came to her with chronic illnesses and mental health struggles that kept me from living my life. She listened to me and believed that I was in pain. She prescribed me medicine and guided me towards life style changes that have alleviated my symptoms. I have felt so cared for here and I’m so thankful.

At the risk of sounding dramatic, Dr Kim has saved my life. I have never, ever had a doctor take my sleep disorder seriously- just tell me condescendingly to "drink less coffee and stay off Facebook". From the start, Dr Kim listened to everything I had to say and was extremely sympathetic, even though I spent most of that first trip ugly crying. But more than anything else, she took me seriously! As most women already know, finding a doctor that will actually listen to you (and believe you) is like finding a unicorn. Along with the sleep disorder, she is also treating my severe depression, asthma, and monster headaches. Everything she has prescribed for me has worked either very well or extremely well- it's like she just knows my body chemistry. The quality of my life now from what it was this time last year is 1000% better. I could not recommend her enough-but ESPECIALLY if you identify as female. Plus she has a really cute puppy.

I Love it here. The office is seriously the nicest I've ever seen and I have been going to the doctor for 32 years of my life at least twice a month. The office reminds me of a Zen garden so peaceful. Yena, herself, Is wonderful, understanding, always listens and takes care of my medical needs. I had gotten so lucky with finding Valley Primary Care, and Yena Kim. Couldn't ask for a better place or people! Thank you to all the staff!!!

Dr. Kim takes the time every patient would hope to have during an office visit. Clean facility. Appointments are easy to make. Very helpful and cares about the health of her patients like no doctor I’ve seen before. If you’re in the Eugene area, would highly recommended.

The staff are incredibly patient and empathetic; they genuinely care about each patient and each visit leaves me feeling like we accomplished something. They embrace diversity and respect names and pronouns. Thanks to these amazing people I'm well on my way to where I want to be in life. The receptionist even went out of her way to jump start my car one time! The only hiccups I ever have are at the fault of insurance or America's medical system, and VPC is always great with helping straighten those out if they can. Hope I can always be a patient here
