You answered all our questions and put us at ease that you would do your best to take care of Luna. This is the 1st veterinary clinic I've took her to that she was not anxious about going in the door and was ok with all your workers. You did a great job on both her surgeries, and she is getting along well adjusting with one eye. Thank you very much for taking good care of her.

Update: we did come back and the staff was great to us as we had to send our baby over the rainbow bridge. For someone who doesn't handle those things well, they were so understanding with my daughter and I and I'm very thankful!

EXCELLENT clinic/hospital to take your fur-babies for medical care/needs. Staff ARE ALWAYS pleasant, caring, understanding, and they acknowledge THEIR Clients. My husband and I wish we would have made the switch from Anthony Animal Clinic-who DO Not have those qualities. I KNOW!!! I WAS a previous employee who
KNOWS from experience of what goes on in that clinic-since the new owners took over after Dr Kerley retired-who WAS/IS a super caring individual and veterinarian 🤗 thus WHY I NO longer work there.(besides having my own health issues).

Jillie Bean, our 14 yr old border collie (we had to make that difficult decision to euthanize last June ) is pictured in a vibrant colored photograph created by an AWESOME gal on FB of OUR fur-baby. Jillie WAS A special family member who IS dearly missed every single moment.

And, no WE DON'T have 5 kitties, 2 are outside misplaced babies we TRY to care for as good as we can........We can only get so close before they run off.

DVC is AWESOME 👏 even tho it's a farther drive for us. My husband and I WOULDN'T go ANYWHERE else!!!!!

Excellent care of our Maizie Blue. She had ACL repair, 'WE' had a bit bumpy after we got home and lost couple staples but they were so good to her, replaced the staples and now she continues to improve daily. Highly recommend and very reasonable. 5 stars for everyone!!

Update 1/20/24. Last night one of our cats passed away, she has been very ill for over a month. The staff did what they could for her, trying to help. I'm grateful & thankful for their caring about animals & their owners.
What a Wonderful Experience for our dog, cats & myself! My wife has been there several times with our fur babies. This was my first time visiting the office. EXCELLENT STAFF, SERVICE ! I felt welcome the whole time I was there and the care our dog got was SUPER!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GROUP OF AWESOME PEOPLE !!

You guys are amazing. Keith is always pleasant to talk to at the front desk as well as the checkout ladies. All the techs and doctors listen to the issues and respond with good and clear feedback and health recommendations.

Very friendly staff. They offered my dog several treatment options to suit my financial needs. They were so thorough and seemed to really care and listen to my concerns for my pet. The place seemed clean and they got me in with short notice which was very nice.

You guys always get me in when I urgently need you! My goat is doing SO much better. Just 24hours later he was up and walking around perky alert and eating and I’m just so thankful for all of you! I’m relieved every time I come that I have found such a wonderful vet team for my goat children.

Amazing staff. They got my dog in same day due to emergency. They were helpful and treated pup so gentle and caring. Thank you all so much!!!

This team always goes above and beyond for my pet! The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. I am always very impressed with every visit. Keith is the nicest and Dr. Riley is Alfie’s favorite!

My Bella was hit by a car, and it was on a Saturday, the doctor and staff treated my baby girl with urgency and thoroughly gave her a total make up..my Bella is doing great now! Thanks to this wonderful team of compassionate individuals!

As usual Decatur Vet Hospital did not disappoint. From puppyhood to the Rainbow Bridge, the staff is always compassionate, caring, friendly and supportive. I have never been disappointed.

Decatur Veterinary has been fantastic for our dog and three cats. Always very attentive in a clean and professional atmosphere. The staff is top notch. They, along with Aboite Veterinary, made our transition seamless upon our move. No complaints!

The vet took time to explain everything to me and answer my multiple questions, and showed care and compassion to my cat.

They do a fabulous job with all my pets and are compassionate in what they do.

Took my dog in for broken leg. Front desk was very pleasant. I talked with Dr briefly over the phone. He was reassuring and honest.Hoping for a speedy recovery.
