Nordstrom Rack

Nordstrom rack offers an array of beautiful merchandise at very attractive prices. Returns are easy, staff is friendly. I couldn’t ask for more satisfying buying experience at one of my favorite regular shopping venues!

I love they have security guards. I feel like much safer and less stress from thieves. Crews are kind and nice. They are all smile at me. They have Plenty of clothes, shoes, makeup, home style stuffs and so many seasonal stuffs. Restroom had a lock so you must ask to crews the password. Other wise Very temptations and dangerous place for me because make me opened wallet lol 😂
Prices are reasonable and great selection. No sales tax(because Oregon)is a huge potential. It’s a good shopping for Washington residents. Anyways My husband bought Beautiful Dress for me. Love you hun. How sweet happy to shopping. We will be back there 100%.

They have great selection at this store. Of course if you see something you really like, just buy it as it is definitely one of the kind. I came close to buying a formal dress on my last trip there. I will definitely shop there again.

Lots of inventory and a lot of people shopping. I think that prices are higher but then everything is higher priced. They had shoes that would fit me and I checked other places so I bought them. I would probably go back as it is hard for me to find adjusted in my size. Employees were helpful and friendly. And even though it was busy, checkout was fairly quick.

My family and I have been shopping with Nordstroms for many years. We would stop by periodically. I was invited by a friend for the spring beauty event. I never knew they did things like this. I learned a lot and stocked up make up brushes as well as beauty must haves. Nicole Hill kept me in the loop with all of the offerings of Nordstroms. I didn’t know that I could get facials there! She also invited me to shop when there are gifts with purchases and anniversary sale. I really like that she listens to me and understands what I am looking for. She is definitely my go to person.

They have hired a bunch of new staff recently. They are all lovely! I had returns from over the 60 day period, no problems whatsoever! Easy and pleasant! Audrey was a great help and upon checkout I had a delightful conversation with Suzie, who was also very helpful and personable. Even the people at the changing rooms were great. All on a busy Sunday! This is what reminds me why Norstrom (and affiliates) will always be my go to place to shop!

I accidentally left my apartment keys at Nordstrom but did not realize that happened until I was already home. It was 9:30pm at this point and Nordstrom had already closed at 9pm. I decided my best bet was to still try and call them… THANKFULLY someone actually picked up the phone!!! I’m so grateful for the employees who helped and looked for my keys. Special thanks to Maria who stayed late just to give me the keys. Truly appreciate it because this could have been a really long night for me!!!

Friendly employees great clean store

Went in shopping for a pair of dress shoes. After finding a pair I absolutely loved, I asked the customer service rep if they had the same pair in a smaller size.

The rep looked at me and said something like, "I'm happy to check, but to be honest with you, these shoes don't come in very often so it's unlikely we'll have any in the back."

"No worries," I said. "I don't want to waste your time if you know that there aren't any in the back."

Then the rep said this: "Hey, I'll check, we're always here for you." And I was like, dang, that's really great customer service. I could tell he was genuine and wanted to help. When he returned, he let me know there weren't any in the back, but also stayed around to help me the shoes most comparable to the ones I originally wanted. I believe the rep's name was Gavin. Very knowledgeable and friendly customer service. Thanks for making shopping a good experience.
