I-105 Secure Storage LLC

My husband and I have been with Secure Storage for over 10 years now. This review has been a long time coming, so let me tell you why this is the absolute best place in town:

The family in charge of the business are some of the kindest, most empathetic people I have ever met in my life. They've always stayed in touch and been in contact when we've needed help and were struggling to make bills in the beginning.

During this ice storm (starting 1/13/24), when our power was out and we were freezing, I called a couple times (on Sunday 1/14/24) to see if we could get our stuff, but it just rang because they had no power. As soon as they had the ability, they CALLED ME AND LEFT A MESSAGE! They told us the gate wasn't working, but they got us in a side entrance to our camping gear and saved our butts from freezing off!

These guys truly treat their business and their customers as their top priority and they demonstrate a humanity that I thought was impossible to find nowadays.

I've had a unit with this place for about a decade. By far, the most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered at a storage unit. Just got back from getting in, during the ice storm/power outage. They didn't have to let us in and they did. Awesome people, great units, highly recommended.

I've had 2 units here for longer than I care to admit and they have ALWAYS been kind, caring and compassionate to my family and me. When we've been going thru rough times they've understood and actually helped instead of adding more stress! I can't recommend this company enough for all of your storage needs. Their units are all full most of the time for a reason! Hands down the best people I've met in the storage business and I've dealt with plenty! Thank you I-105 secure storage!

Great place, clean and fairly priced. The people who run it are the nicest people I have ever ran into renting units. And I have rented a lot. They are willing to work with you if you are a little late as long as you let them know they won't add fees. I love it here I just rented my second unit.

Spacious, clean, with some units that are heated. The grounds are very well kept as well. gated with code access as well as alarms on each individual unit and cameras around the grounds, your stuff is very secure here. You are getting more for your money with the best rates around and the staff is just wonderful, very friendly and helpful, genuinely good people. I highly recommend storing your stuff here, this is my second time storing belongings with them and I will continue to come back for any and all my storage needs,

Nice place to store your stuff it's secure and there are even individual lights in the units very convenient the staff is very helpful and can walk you through the rental process but remember there is absolutely no smoking on the property so get those in before going through the gate

Extraordinarily friendly, caring, knowledgeable and professional managers. They are always reasonable and great to work with. They go aboveboard in service when needed. All buildings and property is extremely well maintained and clean. Security is taken seriously. If you’re needing a storage unit, hands down this IS where you want to be!!!

This is hands down the very best place to store your belongings! I have had many other storage units in many different places throughout the Springfield and Eugene area. I must say that the customer service, management, and overall services offered here are the absolute best I have ever witnessed or had the pleasure to be part of! I rent a unit each summer for my son's school belongings and couldn't be happier with the friendly and professional manner in which I'm treated each year.

They are happy to accommodate our rather unique schedule.

Very easy to work with and extremely understanding. Just be upfront, respectful and honest with them, show effort if you are experiencing payment issues and they will work with you. My only wish is they had more availability!

Over the last decade we've needed to have a storage unit for one reason or another on at least 3 different occasions. I always find myself going back to i-105 storage, the cost is reasonable, they're conveniently located, and they have great customer service.

They have a variety of sizes, great security system and the prices are not bad at all. Easy access to. The people are very nice.

Wonderful folks run the place; neat, safe, secure. Of all the storage units I've had in my travels, this is my penultimate favorite. (The only better one I've had was in Forestville, CA.)

On a holiday, end of work day, pouring rain, he said he'd wait. And he did! Nothing like calling around town, to find someone you can pay to store your belongings.
