I’ve have had very few problems, and yes, they are short staffed and they have had to adjust by the wack-a-mole method. When way behind, they have to attend to whatever the immediate problems are right in front of them at that moment.

Filling a prescription here was an entirely horrible experience. The line seems to be long, moves slowly. They seem to be frequently messing up and losing prescriptions.

Something is wrong at this Pharmacy! The people that are Manning the registers are excellent and are trying their best but working in the Pharmacy must be hellish. The pharmacy hours are unpredictable I received texts that my prescriptions were ready so I at 72 years old went to the store which is not an easy task and they were closed! It wasn't for lunch I know about that craziness already. Nope it was because they had what they called a personal emergency and they absolutely close down the whole Pharmacy for the day and of course then the weekend and then Monday was a holiday when this happened. This Pharmacy needs help. Being understaffed is not because there aren't people it's because they don't care I guess? Very disturbing to try to deal with them. I feel for the staff but the pharmacists are definitely not to savvy about customer relations and seem to be incredibly slow maybe it's because they are understaffed also I wouldn't know.

This pharmacy is SIGNIFICANTLY understaffed. On numerous occasions when I try to put in a prescription online, or go to pick up prescriptions, I encounter a notification that “ This store is temporarily closed due to unforseen circumstances.”

Not only are they unreliable, they can’t even bother to spell check the word ‘unforeseen’.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. Although I do like the employees that work there, I know they are under extreme pressure and lack the support they desperately need from Walgreens in general. I don’t blame them for Walgreens poor management. Reordering my prescriptions in general through the Walgreens app is a nightmare, calling as well as the poor techs/pharmacists are overwhelmed. Ever since Walgreens took over from Bimart it has been a mess. I’ve held in there, but I’m now at the point where it has just gotten to the point where I can’t take it anymore. Refills either aren’t filled at all or days late. There is ALWAYS a problem…every time. I’m sad to leave the techs I’ve gotten to know on a personal level. You all deserve better! I don’t blame any of you. Thanks for always trying your best.

Ever since Walgreens took over for Bimart, it's a freaking mess. Ordered daughters prescription online to be delivered for 1-2 business day delivery, after a week had to go in to check on status because they never pick up their phone (after 2 hours). Mind you, the line took 45 minutes, I never saw lines that long there before ever. They said they saw the order in the system and just wasn't sure why they didn't sent it out. So then I ordered my own prescription for delivery like 2 weeks early online. They asked why I was trying to refill early so I put that it looks like they were behind so I was getting ahead. 2 weeks later it's still "in process" and now I won't have it refilled on time and will have to go back Monday. I don't know what the heck is going on, but it is a total disaster there. Changing pharmacies for the first time in years :(

TERRIBLE,TERRIBLE!!!CHECKED ON MY SCRIPT ONE HOUR AFTER DOCTOR CALLED IN.THE SYSTEM SAID NO TALKED TO WOMAN SHE ASKED FOR OTHER ADD.(we travel alot)IASKED HER BEFORE OREGON SHE SAID I DONT CARE JUST GIVE ME ADD.!!!!FINALLY SHE SAID WILL BE READY AT 6:30 TOLD HER I THOUGHT YOU CLOSED AT 6 SHE SAID OH WELL GUESS YOU WILL HAVE TO PICK UP TOMORROW!!!!

They don't have presciptions ready on time. I have waited over 2 weeks at times. The employees do their best, but they obviously lack experience. The hold time to speak to a pharmacist is an hour at the least. Overmanagemenveryis

The staff at this pharmacy is simply overworked and can’t possibly keep up with demand. The old Bi-Mart Pharmacy was open 59 hours weekly. Walgreens has shortened the hours to 42.5 hours weekly. Calling them is impossible. I was on hold for 1 hr. 55 minutes on 10/5 before giving up.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to and I wish I had read the reviews before having my prescriptions sent here. It took over a week to get my meds filled and I’ve been here today for almost an hour and a half dealing with problem after problem. They had problems w my insurance, problems w their system, problems w the computer. The staff are lovely and working so hard but this has been an absolute nightmare. And from what I’ve heard sitting here over the past hour and a half, other people are having issues too. People are constantly being told that their (much needed) prescriptions aren’t ready, it’ll take more time, there’s a problem, etc. If I wasn’t already experiencing withdrawal symptoms, I would have left. This is a nightmare.

The staff are not the problem here - they are working hard and to the point of burnout. The problem is that the BiMart pharmacy in the same spot was amazing, but Walgreens has a much lower quality standard. Mismanagement on the part of Walgreens and staffing shortages has left this pharmacy in a state of chaos, with the computer system regularly not working (it crashed their system to make a note that I'm allergic to bananas) and many of the staff being brand new and barely trained. This is not the place to go if you want your meds in a timely basis or accurately filled.

They did not have the 2 medications my MD ordered. They could not tell me if any of the other Walgreens had the medications. They would not give me a copy of the rx, so I could get it filled elsewhere. They told me that they would fax the 2 rx to Alberstons, who had the medications in stock. Then they did not fax the RX. I tried to contact them to ask them to fax and they put me on unending hold. Not able to fill my rx and not at all helpful with me getting it filled elsewhere.

I used to have my prescription filled here. And they restocked it even though I received a text saying it was there for me to pick up. I tried to get the number of who is in charge of that system to let them know it's not working. And instead the pharmacy manager started arguing with me and ultimately told me to get lost and he doesn't want my business. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Search elsewhere.
