Steak 'n Shake

Food came out fast and tasted great. Dining area was very clean. Manager walked around and asked everyone how the food was. Sweet tea tasted like it was freshly brewed tea--not stale syrup!

Place is very clean, top notch staff and food is delicious!

I absolutely love this steak n shake! There is rarely a long line.. And I usually com on my lunch break which is fantastic. The food is made hot and fresh when you order it..but they have it down! And I order no onions everything and guess what..I've never gotten an onion... They have never forgotten to add my cheese cup or forget to ask if I want ketchup..oh and it's Heinz! They are also friendly and the customer service is to notch.. Another great Friday lunch!

Unlike any Steak n Shake I've ever been to...in a really good way! Every time I come to this location I get quick and friendly service. The fries are always fresh and seasoned to perfection. Burgers are never too greasy. Keep it up!

I only use the drive up.. the gently taking the order is always polite and accurate. The food is fresh and hot..I don't know if this is new management but they are doing a fantastic job.

The window guy has a very loud whistle so if you pull off before getting your milkshake he'll save you. Very great customer service!

The staff at this location excel at making sure customers (both dine in and carryout) are treated courteously. I have been to this location many times and have not had any issues. The food is fresh, the shakes are well mixed, and the servers are attentive to your dining needs. One of the best locations in Indianapolis.

I went it when it was a little dead but i was still greeted and serviced as i walked through the door. The waitress reminded me of happy hour and offered me a glass of water with a lemon and all the while keeping a smile on her face. Just for that alone she is getting a phat tip from me. My order was served not 5min after i was seated. Side note: there was an older gentleman who was about to leave out the door and the same waitress flagged him down gave him his phine he forgot in his booth. Great service here.

Delish 🥇🥇had the #14 Double Steak meal but the window attendant forgot my cookie 🍪 . I didn't need it anyway but dang 😂 😭

Super quick, fresh and good! I have been to many other burger joints and they still don't stack up in most cases. I like the half price milkshakes from 2-5. Will be back!

Ignore all those mean reviews. The food here is amazing all the time I’ve come the service here is friendly and outstanding! We waited 10 minutes for our food. My burger came out warm and the other time I was in the drive through and they compliment my dog they saw sitting next to me! 5 stars barb coming back as soon as I can!🤩🍔

We are constantly blessed with having Linda as our server. Her hospitality is the best I've ever experienced. Se makes sure our order is correct and fresh. The food is steak n shake, enough said but Linda is absolutely the reason for the 5 stars.

Great service and good food. I was with two young children who ordered their steak hotdogs kids meal. If course these kiddos love hotdogs but I felt a little better knowing they were hopefully made of better quality meat. Of course we ended our meal with shakes and as always they were perfect!

The vanilla shake is still King didn't eat (drive through) but had a cherry on top!

Steak 'n Shake has delicious food at great prices. Their Happy Hour is also wonderful. This particular Steak 'n Shake is consistently fast, always has fresh, hot food, and has friendly employees. I highly recommend this restraunt!
