Safeway Pharmacy

Love this place! Everyone is so friendly and very helpful! They got my prescriptions and my daughter's switched over from another one really fast and I'm so grateful!

I noticed that the comments are uniformly negative regarding the staff working in the pharmacy. I am friends with all of the staff and they know me by name as I know all of them by name. I find them to be nice and always willing to say hello even as they are swamped with work. They are part of my community and I am glad that they are there soldiering on during these difficult times.

We've been using this pharmacy for 10+ years and everyone has always been so helpful and friendly. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and do go out of their way to help you out. Kate, especially, makes you feel like family.

Kate has been a pharmacist at this Safeway location for many years. She is excellent and goes well out of her way to watch out for customers. She will even call the doctor's office and have them check a prescription if she has concerns.

The gang there is very busy but always has time for all your questions.

They have a nice waiting area and place to give flu shots. I prefer them over getting a shot in a hallway.

I frequently pick up Rx. I have never been there when they haven't been busy. Always either have or can get answers if I have questions. If no questions, they are very quick getting my Rx. and checking me out. I try to be prepared when I get to the counter so as not to hold up the person behind me.

I have been using this pharmacy for 9 years. I have been frustrated with the lack of technology, such as the notification systems not working correctly. The staff is nice & remember your name. Kate went above & beyond to with my insurance to get my RX filled.

A bit of a wait but kind and professional service.

In my personal experience, the staff isn't friendly and they ignore you when you are waiting at the pick up counter. No hello or told that they will help out. But they did help me when I had a prescription they were waiting for my doctor to respond. By sending them notes that I was out of my prescription. I just wish the service from staff wasn't rude and cold.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Pharmacist was very rude and acted like they didn’t want to fill medication for a veterinary patient. It took almost a week to get them to fill it per the doctor’s request. Pharmacist acted like they knew more than the provider. I’m glad the pet is finally taken care of but would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
