I am having the best sleep in my life after purchasing a Firm, Copper Coil and CBD infused mattress. What I like is the support, craftsmanship, and beautiful turquoise color (it's so me!!), It is handcrafted in here in Oregon, Eugene I think, and all of the money stays here, so it's a win win. High Quality at reasonable prices.

Awesome customer service. Tried several beds. Found one that fits me to the tee.......!! Greatness in there showroom......... Great selection at many different price points of there beds made in Pacific Northwest.

Sales people were super nice!! I walked in with a really low budget and they showed me two great options to choose from. They encouraged me to take extra time to think about my decision between firm and soft, no rushing or up selling at all! Delivery was same day, super convenient, and awesome. Everyone involved was incredibly nice and knowledgeable and the whole process was amazing. My bed is so incredibly comfy and I cannot be happier with choosing Doc’s Mattress Hut! The best mattress shopping experience :)

My wife and I recently moved to Eugene and the property management company managing the apartment we're living in recommended Doc's Mattress Hut. The prices and quality were very reasonable, but what I really want to highlight was the customer service.

At every step of the way, it was beyond reproach and surpassing all expectations. We purchased on Friday and got it delivered on Monday morning and while I had expected them to just leave it at the door, they actually went through the trouble of putting together the bed frame, laying down the box springs, and the mattress as a whole at no extra charge.

It was an outstanding experience through and through and I could not have asked for a better one or even think of anything that could have made it better. Absolutely remarkable across the board and I look forward to purchasing my next mattress from them as soon as I upgrade.

Shari and her team and Doc’s Mattress Hut truly helped us find and get the mattress we wanted. They allowed us time to lay on the mattress during multiple visits with no pressure. And they made sure we got the mattress we were happy with. We chose the Sound Sleep Sport and it sleeps like dream. It has even relieved our long term back pain. Great mattress and excellent customer service!

Wow! New to Eugene and after a previous mattress debacle for my 87 year old handicapped mom, I walked into Doc’s late in the day on a Saturday with low expectations of walking out with the very specific mattress needed for her. I truly thought my dilemma would carry on into the week ahead. Thankfully, Wyatt not only found what I needed, arranged for delivery to my mom just an hour later, honored a senior discount for her, and even gave me restaurant recommendations in my new community! I was in and out in 15 minutes and my mom was dreaming on her new mattress just a few hours later! The bonus was the great price AND meeting the wonderful owners of this local business when they personally delivered the mattress to mom’s assisted living community! They went above and beyond for customer satisfaction because they are genuinely good people operating a genuinely good business. Aloha and my best wishes for great success!

We shopped for “just the right” bed, and found it at Doc’s. We bought a king size mattress and 2” box spring. Literally the most comfortable bed we’ve owned in our 49 years together, and the price was easily a third of what other places charged for similar quality. We were also impressed by the salesperson. We went in asking for a “firm” mattress, and he asked, “do you mean ‘supportive’?” That is what we wanted, and that is what we bought. Delivery was as promised. Outstanding experience.

Long story short: We got a new bed frame (from somewhere else, our mistake) but didn't realize until too late that it sat way too close to the floor. We were in a hurry to find a solution and decided that we could raise the bed by putting box springs under the mattress; we needed two twin box springs to accommodate our king size bed.

We called around and nobody in town had them in stock until we found Doc's Mattress Hut. Wyatt was very helpful and even offered to deliver the box springs to us that same day. They showed up when they said they would (even calling ahead to let us know).

We had an odd situation since our mattress is a Sleep Number with hoses that couldn't be moved like a normal mattress. The delivery guys checked out the situation, listened to our concerns, and offered their suggestions. We were able to hoist the mattress and slide the box springs underneath with no trouble. The delivery guys were like old family friends which made the entire process stress-free.

Came in and looked at beds. Very nice informative and helpful. Came in twice before deciding. Brought my husband back we did lots of testing. Found the best bed for us and price point was great. They did free delivery and took away the old one. First night sleep was the bestin years! We got a hybrid with europtop. We both have old injuries so it was nice to feel like we are supported and yet soft. We will be back for my mom to get a new bed.

I love the mattress I picked out from Doc's. The customer service was really friendly and not overly pushy, the delivery was seamless and on time. I am sleeping so good and comfortably on my new mattress. I also like that the mattress was made in the PNW. I got a great quality mattress for a reasonable price. I recommend buying a mattress from this company, the experience was pleasant and easy.

I didn't know how to write a second review, so here it goes! I just purchased my second bed from Doc's Mattress Hut yesterday, as we upgraded from a queen to an Eastern king!! Once again, staff Edgar, Wyatt and Mike are beyond knowledgeable and professional. Delivery was right on time, as well as communication. Shari, the owner, is beyond sweet, and she honors their discount policy as stated. Everything is up front, they're honest and all products are high end quality. Even purchased their bamboo sheets this time, and purchased another sub zero pillow. I highly recommend getting the pillow protector, if you buy one, and the matress pad protector. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

The staff here are incredible! So knowledgeable too. They delivered our bed, and they even put the frame together!! The mattress is from the Pacific Northwest, and there's a 10 year warranty. We bought the mattress, box spring and frame as a packaged deal. In addition, we purchased a mattress pad protection cover, and it has silver chloride in it, which is high end and the real deal. We highly recommend Doc's Mattress Hut:)

Doc's Mattress Hut is a nice place to shop for--yes, a mattress. The display room is pleasant and easy to navigate. Mattresses are made in the Pacific NW, using limited recycled materials in some models--a plus. Shari and her employees are personable and knowledgeable. The price-for-product is excellent, and delivery and set-up went like clockwork. I readily recommend the Mattress Hut to all my friends who need a good night's sleep.

Had a great experience with Wyatt, Mike, Edgar, and Shari. We came in after going to several other bed stores and immediately felt a positive difference. We chose a mattress which was delivered on time. However, here's where the service kicks in. We became unsure once the mattress was in our house and had some concerns. They all handled it very well and kindly, doing everything to make sure we were satisfied. In the end we were. Highly recommend.

Incredible, no pressure customer service. I’m taking accountability to say that I may not have been the easiest customer because I am very picky. I immediately felt at ease when walking into Docs. The gentlemen who helped us Wyatt and Edgar were so relaxed and so cool. They were very knowledgeable and very patient with us and our being indecisive. We finally decided on a bed and were excited to have it delivered in a time frame that worked for us. Upon delivery I had my concerns that it didn’t feel the same as it did on the showroom floor and was very nervous. They shared with me that a brand new bed will always be more firm and assured me it would break in and get softer. They listened to my concerns and were willing to help in anyway possible even if that included coming back to take the bed away that night. Ultimately, we decided to keep the bed and have been so happy with our experience at Docs. Thank you so much, Wyatt, Edgar, Mike and Shari.

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase from Doc’s. I ended up getting a frame, box spring, and sheets, along with a wonderful queen mattress. They offer delivery which was super helpful for me! The owner Shari is not only super friendly (and amazing), but also very knowledgeable about every mattress in the store - which is impressive considering the large selection they have. She answered all of my questions without rushing me and recommended one based on my firm-ness preferences. I am really picky about beds and as soon as I tried the one she showed me, I fell in love (and didn’t break the bank in the process). A side note, their selection of mattresses are all sustainably made in the PNW, which was a definite plus for me. After my first night sleeping on the new mattress, I can already tell that I will enjoy it for years to come. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the market for a new bed!!
