Such nice folks, very knowledgeable & helpful. I went in thinking I needed a new heater core and found out my heater was clogged with dog hair (imagine that, with three australian shepherds). Their service was very fast!

Excellent automotive service and communication. I was comfortable with the first conversation over the phone. This was my first experience with the shop. They were up front with me as much has they could with the repairs and what was going to happen. They called me with the estimate and explanation. Then sent a quote over via text. The quote had pictures and the breakdown of expenses for the estimate. I really appreciated that so much. My repair was pricey in general, but I feel it was a good price for all what was done. I will be going back.

Make sure you look at the address. I went to the wrong Schaefer place. (Pictures on Google had me confused!) They were great as well!

These guys are wonderful! I have been going to them for years and they always fix the problem the first time. They are very kind and helpful easy to work with. Explain what’s happened to my vehicle and what they are going to do to fix it.literally showed me pictures so I could understand it. They get you in for service In a timely manner. And they warranty their work.

Very efficient, helpful, and reasonably priced! We had an acute issue come up with the motor for one of the back windows and Schaefer got us in quickly and provided a lot of helpful information just during the initial phone call. Highly recommended and I will definitely continue coming here for any vehicle issues that arise.

I emailed into their shop 2/23/23 about an issue I'd been having with my radio not working properly(cutting in and out), to try to see if they could check it over and get me an idea on what was causing the problem(had already talked to two other mechanics but was just speculations on the route issue since neither had time to do a proper diagnosis on it). I got a call right away the following day from Brian, saying without looking there's not a way to know, but we set up a time the following Tuesday(2/28) for me to drop it off and them to start chasing down the issue. Took it up there bright and early after they opened, Brian was right at the front and took the keys, said they'd get on poking throughout the electrical system to see where the issue was(already told him it wasn't likely a fuse since all tested good and I'd already preliminarily changed all the fuses that could have been connected to the radio). Got a call later that day saying they found the issue and that the radio was in fact dying(as one other mechanic told me just over hearing what the problem was). Went to pick it up that day as I needed it for my job, and we went over my options on what I could do. Brian went above and beyond to help me out to get this fixed so I'd have music on the upcoming 3k mile move I have. Got the part, took it back the following Tuesday(3/7), they got it put in within a few hours, had a few small hiccups, but Brian still went above and beyond to help me get it working fully once more.

Brian's honesty with me and letting me muddle over my options before fully committing to the work I'd have to get done was really appreciated, most places I've dealt with want an answer right then and there without letting you think things over if you want them to do the work. Despite being obviously busy with customers he let me know in detail all the options I could do, but also gave me all the draw backs that could come from each choice, including the price breakdown and cost for each thing that would be done. Explaining each to me in an easy way to understand(I'm good with the mechanical things on cars, having grown up with them and around shops all my childhood into early adulthood, but the newer electrical stuff still flies over my head sometimes), and didn't make me feel bad for asking 101 different questions about it. He's incredibly honest and seems like a great guy to do constant business with, he doesn't sugar coat it and gives it to you with what's the best choice, but doesn't force you into it.

I would honestly recommend them to anyone I know who needs more done than they can handle themselves. The shops waiting area is immaculately clean, has a keurig in case you have to wait instead of just drop and come back later and want some coffee, a little fridge with some waters, a tv, and some very cushioned chairs. 100% will be back to them if I'm in town visiting family in the future and need anything taken care of. Stand up group there.

This business is top notch. They installed lowering springs and alignment service on my Stinger and did an excellent job in exactly the amount of time they quoted. It’s been a few months and the car is still performing perfectly. I will never go anywhere else for work on any car.

Great service and phenomenal pricing. Got my vehicle in and out fast with no issues. Replaced a head gasket on a new Chrysler cheaper than the dealer would.

I will never take my vehicle's anywhere else! They did amazing work for a fair price and went above and beyond to help me deal with the insurance company. I would like to thank Schaefer automotive for fixing my car, my 2017 Chevy Cruze was throwing a turbo underboost code, I took it to Schaefer on 07/11/2022, on 07/12/2022 he had a diagnostic (BAD TURBO) he gave me the price on the phone and told me he could fix it. The Chevy dealership was going to charge me 3700 for a turbo, but Schaefer did it for 1600. I took the car in on the 11th of July & got it back the 15th of July he was actually done working on it Wednesday 07/13 . It drives good like I pulled it off the lot. He was very honest and open about the whole thing, and as a woman he did not screw me over or lie to me. I thank them so much... they did what they could for me and did it fast. I needed my car back in a timely manner and he did just that. Please give your business to them, they are very good people and very good business 10/10 . Thank you so much... I will be back for more repairs down the road 🥰

What a great experience with Schaefer Automotive!!! They were able to schedule me on short notice and when I got there were ready to work on my vehicle. Very friendly, professional and courteous!! And fantastic to go to an establishment where the staff and crew love their jobs. Everyone is a top notch professional and extend great customer service. Excellent prices! The highlight is their waiting room and restroom. A must see. Many thanks for the great service. Definitely customers for life!!!!

I want to start this review by saying I've had some extremely bad experiences with other mechanic shops (not Schaefer Automotive) in the past. I had some exhaust work done here over a year ago and everything went without a hitch, so I decided to use them again. The price was reasonably fair for the work I had done. The second time around went well in the end. There were some initial issues with a bad part but Ben resolved the issue at no additional cost to me. I will definitely continue to use this shop in future.

Great experience!! They did my scheduled maintenance along with a nice little add on of performance exhaust and a silver tip on my classic truck!!

Have used these guys with multiple jeeps for multiple problems. Including fixing after market modifications done by previous owners. Having a trusted place to take gently and/or over abused vehicles means a bunch. Whether you have a pavement princess or only use your vehicle off road this shop will keep you behind the wheel.

Hands down best experience I’ve ever had taking my vehicle to any auto shop. Not only, are Ben and Bryan two very knowledgeable and cool dudes, but they are also very truthful. These two guys aren’t in the business to deceive or mislead anyone into repairs or unnecessary service on their vehicle. Just two honest men doing honest work. They were honest with me with both of my vehicles that I brought into them. Fortunately enough I didn’t have to replace the heater core in my Jeep thanks to them. Over all true class act and I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else, nor would I recommend anyone else to.
