Great place for a quick in and out purchase. I visit this establishment everyday on my way to work. They have lots of coffee choices and hot ready to eat snacks at the counter. 90%of the time I get their breakfast bars, which seem to me to be keto friendly. The are ham egg and cheese with a very light bread crust! Even if they are not keto, I absolutely love them! I have been looking for these for so long. We used to get them in our Elementary school breakfast when I was growing up! So good!
