Better priced laundromat in this area. Double load cold $3.50 for a 30 minute wash. Triple load $4.50. Dryers are $0.25 for 7 minutes. I paid $1.25 to dry a single load. Coin dispensing machine for quarters.There are vending machines for laundry products. Several power outlets for charging devices along the folding counter top. No restroom. Fairly clean place. The laundromat mat offers drop off service as well. It is priced per pound.

Very clean business with multiple sizes machines to choose from. The staff were helpful and friendly. Only complaint, I used washers closer to door and should have paid attention that the smaller machine were on next row, as a result I spent a little more than I planed but that was my own fault and does not reflex on the business in any way. Edit.. today's vist reflects each vist here. I yet to have any complaints at this site. Keep up your standards and your business will only continue to florish.

Amazing prices and very good machines. Our clothes have not been so clean since we moved here. Highly recommend. I interacted with 3 or 4 members of the staff, And they were all very friendly and helpful. It was very clean and all of the machines worked well. Extremely reasonably Priced And all of the machines were very simple to work. Change machine even to a twenties. Nice new machines and very well lit and secure. Easy access parking and use of carts were great

This place may be small but inside is tactfully packed full of machines varying in sizes to meet anyone's needs. The prices are fairly decent especially for the largest washer which easily fit a full hamper worth of clothes or comforters. The huge dryer's they offer cost less and dries laundry faster than any other laundry mat I have used in the past. I would and am 100% referring friends and family to this facility. Thank you for providing services at reasonable prices

Cause it's some place where I know that there washer and dryers are clean and also whenever I need to dry my clothes then they won't still be dirty unlike where I'm living at Westtown on 8th apartments... There has been several times I was doing my laundry and found bags of meth in the dryers.

Great place to get our clothes to be hemmed and other alterations that we need done in a timely fashion for a good price. Always friendly and efficient. The washing is done by the pound (unless comforter) and the turn around is quick. Have been using them for years.

The place is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the machines are pretty cheap. They are quarters only, so bring cash for the dispenser

Lots of room dryers and washers work great.they have snack and drink vending machines,lottsa tables to fold on ,also a lot of entertainment there!

What a great self-serve laundry. Lots of washers and dryers of various sizes, that are kept up pretty well. Helen, the owner, is on site weekdays and is very pleasant. The laundry is clean and has plenty pf parking. The only downside is that it's attractive to homeless people who aren't always the cleanest. Helen does a good job of telling people who are not there to do laundry to leave. I've had a good experience with leaving a large and very heavy quilt to be washed b y the staff there. They did a good job and ended up charging me less than they had originally quoted.

Both times that I have been to Big Y, the staff was very kind. They helped me with the big machines that I've never used, and did it with a smile on their faces. I'm sure this is not the best job, being in laundry services, but they sure have the best people.

I care about the really nice people who operate and own this laundromat.
They are very friendly, kind & helpful.
I truely hope that everyone can appreciate their great service to customers as well. 👍

Even though The Big Y is located on the west side of Eugene, it is clean and the staff are helpful and polite. I have never had a bad experience there. The dryers are awesome 5 mins for $0.25, I call them micro-dryers.

The Big Y is always clean and affordable. There are always helpful attendants there to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. Vending machines are always well stocked and there is a t.v. and local papers to read. Plenty of washers and dryers available. Highly recommended. :)

These people work very hard to keep this place clean and serviceable in a very gross part of town. Great job! Great place.

I started coming here in the 1980s and I'll admit has been a while since I've been in and they've remodeled it beautifully! There's staff on hand it's clean and it's fast!

A little spendy but they have excellent machines that always work there's somebody right there so if there's a problem it's a dress very quickly it's very clean and they don't allow people just to hang out there so it's a it's a good place to go get your clothes clean properly and they have a dry cleaning business there also which is sent out but yeah it's a good place

I always love the Big Y laundry ! Plenty of machines to use, different sizes and reasonable prices. Also it opens early stays open late and is very clean!

They do excellent work. No complaints whatsoever with their ability. The price is almost doubled in a week. I didn't like that.

I've been using Big Y laundry for years I live almost all the way out in Veneta and I choose to drive into Eugene to use their facility because it is clean and maintained when you go to use a dryer it doesn't take an hour to dry your laundry the service there is amazing in the staff is able to give you cash back on your card if you need to get money to do your laundry they also have laundry service if you were too lazy to do your own laundry if the machines ever have problems they always give you your money back they are helpful kind and have great hours I highly recommend them I love doing my laundry and not taking all day to do it

Helpful staff which surprise me And the dryers work really good
