I just can't say enough about Heather Tipler. She has either sold or helped me purchase my last 2 homes. Each time she has done a fantastic job. She works hard and can handle difficult buyers. The last agent she had to deal with was a complete incompetent mess. Heather was able to clean up the other agent's short comings and deliver a sale for me. Thank you Heather. I will always regard Heather as a friend and my go to agent for any real estate endeavors. Heather knows what she's doing and will do what it takes to take care of you. Wow!! What can I say? PLENTY!! Lynne Nelson with Hybrid did it all. I can't ever say how much I appreciated all her hard work. I'm not just talking about all the paperwork involved. She went way beyond that. She actually, physically worked. She swept sidewalks, cleaned house, cleaned garage, ordered things that had to be fixed, checked on the house daily, sometimes twice a day. Worried about me. Kept me up to date on everything. Explained every piece of paper to me. Was totally concerned about me, my feelings and welfare through this whole ordeal. She kept a positive attitude and helped me through it all. You couldn't ask for a more honest and truthful person. A huge thank you and hug goes out to Lynne.

George was amazing. He made himself available day and night as well as weekends and when we started with him he and his wife had just had a baby a week before.
When we looked at houses with him he was constantly pointing out things to us and checking in with us about things.

From pointing out building materials used or when there was damage and when it was quality. He would ask us what we thought about the features of the house , the neighborhood, commute and really tried to make sure the houses we looked at were a good investment.

George has such a great attitude and he will work tirelessly for you until you have the house you want. He dealt with several obstacles that came up for us and was able to resolve them all.

I can't imagine having any other realtor represent us. Five out of five stars

Lane and Lisa did an excellent job from the estate sale to the house sale. I was kept up to date daily and in the event anything changed. Lisa guided me during the house sale process and worked with me as needed. She went above and beyond to do anything needed to sale the house. She handled things that a seller should have done since I lived in another state than where the house was being sold. I would definitely recommend Hybrid Real Estate.

Bob and Pam are an amazing team. i was a first time home buyer who know very little about the process or what to look for in a property. They explained every question i asked, never were they patronizing or frustrated with having to reexplaining until i had an understanding. the chemistry they have as a team is a wonder to see and a blessing to be on the receiving end of there work. the two styles of teaching/explaining almost insures there client will gain the knowledge and confidence necessary to make a good decision. Bob and Pam encourage you to look at multiple houses which was great as a first time buyer.
in conclusion Bob and Pam a very skilled realtors and great people to work with. i could recommend them any more. it would be a mistake to pass up on having them as your realtor!

Wendricka was amazing. We had some snags along the way getting ready to list (completely us and the weather) and Wendricka was always available to assist. From listing to close of escrow in less than a month! Absolutely would recommend Wendricka and her firm.

Karen Fine is an excellent buyer’s agent. She showed me lots of properties and didn’t flinch when I completely changed the type of house I was looking for at the end. She did not try to influence me into buying a more expensive house, for example, and had no problem showing a property twice if needed when I had a hard time making up my mind. The other thing about Hybrid in general is they seem like decent agents who are also ethical and vested in the community. The seller’s agent was from a national discount brokerage and I don’t think his interest was in alignment with the sellers. He didn’t represent them well. I think Karen’s interest was aligned with me, if that makes sense.

Robin Troy was our lady! We've been working with her for some time and she really rocked it for us! When we come across people who are looking to buy a home.. We are surely sending them to Robin Troy of Hybrid Real Estate! She is not only as real as it gets.. She's knowledgeable about everything home buying! We absolutely love her!
