I mean come on now… we all know this store is just awesome to walk through with all the smells. It’s like heaven. However some scents just don’t smell good but that’s not the stores fault. I will say my only complaint is that it’s always busy!

The ladies were very welcoming, and they were helpful when we had questions.

What much more can I say I love this place and love the scents! And staff is always so sweet.

Lots of smells and the customer service is always top tier. There are always people in the front working and when you walk in, they immediately come to you and ask if you need anything. And then when you go up to pay, the cashiers are always really nice.

Christina was very helpful in helping me find a nice perfume to fit my needs. I came back last night and she informed me of the deals going on and was very friendly and helpful in finding a gift for my mother. 10/10 will come back

Went to the store for the candle sale today, and they didn’t have any Teakwood Mahogany candles out. Stephanie offered assistance and tried to find them with me, but then she said they must be out of stock. I didn’t realize it, but she then went into the back stock room and found an unopened box of them. I really appreciated her extra effort, especially when the store was very busy. Glad to still find good customer service!

I shop online or in store when purchasing my fragrances only thing I would recommend is don't shop online for scents your not fimiliar with you might not like it ...

everyone there is super friendly!! love the scents. i do not pay for them full price ( don’t know anyone who does !) but once they have a sale or i have coupons im the first in line !!

Great customer service always ❤ The customer service reps greeted us as soon as we walked in the store and offered assistance. The aisles are clear and spacious. Everything is labeled to find it easily. Checkout was fast and smooth.

Love their candles & hand soaps but they have a lot of other great products. Only thing I don't like is when you find something you like they end up discontinuing it. Great customer service.

This store's salespeople will help you with the coupons, info. on products and the testers allow you to smell or try out the products before buying them. It even has a sink to wash your hands with the soaps.

This is the EASIEST location to get in/out!
Staff is always friendly. The store is always clean. Beats the mall location! Always ample parking.
Big sales, wipe out inventory quickly.
