Their fraud department is ON IT! I thought I was on a legitimate site to buy concert tickets. I received an alert from Wafd and I gave them a green light to process the payment. But they knew better. When I called my local bank after realizing my error, they were accommodating and empathetic. I was issued a new card the same day.

The company I work for banks with WAFD and I do weekly deposits. Jill and Tyler are such a treat to work with! My first time doing a deposit, they were so patient and helpful. I'm going to have to consider moving my personal accounts to WAFD 😁

I have had an account with WaFd since I was 12 in 1992 and I have always loved banking with them. The employees always remember me and go above and beyond!
My only issue is that my accounts are not able to be accessed by 3rd parties for things like Experian Boost, when I was buying a house and when I was applying for a PPP loan. It would be awesome if WaFd could catch up with current tech
