Good Neighbor Vet

I’ve had my dog for 7 years and I have only taken him to the vet one other time for some allergy skin issues. This whole time I have been avoiding taking him in for his vaccines because I don’t want to get price gouged by a traditional vet. My past experiences with vets I always feel like they’re in it just for the money- they never seem to actually love what they do. I honestly cannot say that about Good Neighbor Vet clinic! These people are truly awesome! They and very knowledgeable and compassionate and have OUTSTANDING customer service. It seems like they actually care about our pets and enjoy helping them. I feel so blessed to have found this clinic. If you’re hesitant to bring your animal here, don’t be because they are great!!! They’re a diamond in the rough :)

I actually haven't had my puppy's first appointment yet but, out of all the vets I called for pricing and information. The people at good neighbor vet didn't make it seem like I bothered them calling. A lot of the places I called were cold, short, rude, said well were booking 2 months out. Like I should of known that. Eay over priced, one place I called, off main st Springfield Said, there 4way was 169.00 and the flea treatment 80.00 and the rabies was 78.00, I said are the rabies tags gold? But good neighbor vet by far made me feel at ease. That was just on the phone. Well see how the in person goes.

Most affordable vet around, doing a great service for a lot of pet owners on the financial fringe. They do get busy, so show up early.

These guys have never failed me, or my pet. Very convenient, and dependable. Show up early as it's first come first serve, and the wait can be long. Please stand in line, too. If you're in your vehicle, you're not first in line. Remember they are doing US a service, they don't need to deal with petty bickering. Have a blessed day!

Good Neighbor Vet is Amazing!
The Wife and I were in need of some flea med and a couple shots for out Dog and Cat. We had set up an appointment with our regular vet. But due to there schedule we had to book almost a month out.
While shopping one day we came across the Good Neighbor Vet van parked out front. After a quick talk with the vet we found they would be in town the following week near our house. The prices were very reasonable compared to our current Vet so we packed up the pets the following week and took them to see the GNV. I should mention it is first come first serve set up. We showed up a little later than we wanted to. We had a 45 minute wait which went by quick. The vets come by and check on you and your pets while you wait. You can tell how much they love animals. During our appointment they were very thorough on their exams always letting us know what needed to be done and watched. The whole experience was well worth the wait. But the part that blew me away the most was their prices. We got so much done on our pets that trip and payed what I think in my opinion is fair pricing for animal care.
We will definitely be back in the future!

I've had such a good experience with this group! Affordable vet care can be tricky and getting a new vet can be hard with wait-lists. GNV is first come, first serve but run a well oiled machine. I suggest you visit the incredibly transparent website. Up front about costs and the techs and vets are very nice.

I just went to this vet for the first time. Have owned dogs and seen many vets for 50 years. These people are the best they're an excellent team they're compassionate they give excellent service it just doesn't get any better than this I highly recommend them!!!

We love the the Good Neighbor Vet. Very nice staff.

Very affordable and great service. However, if there is an emergency it will be difficult to get a hold of them. This is a place that is only around like once or twice a month on specific dates, so if you were in the process of getting your pets monthly shot and you missed them because you forgot or you were late, you will need to start the vaccines all over resulting in paying all over again.

I love the convenience of this vet, it's perfect for people that have to work during the week and need easy access on weekends. There can be quite a line, but they manage it pretty well. I always buy flea meds from them.

We switched about 4 years ago now. Cheaper than who we were going to. Great service, have recommended them to others.

Love the Vet. Everyone was friendly and efficient. My dog responded well, for a Jack Russell that says a lot. Very high energy.

Great vet at an affordable rate to keep all of my animals healthy. Some clinics are really busy so be prepared if you go to one labeled as such.

Just another vet place as far as people that care for innocent animals just sometimes I think some of these places get a little bit pricey but means what they do they get a five star automatically

I emailed asking a question and got a friendly quick reply the next day. Rates seem pretty fair.. Need to check there website for locations and dates available ..
