Wells Fargo Bank

I love going in to this Wells Fargo. Everyone here has been fantastic. They are all very nice and helpful. After reading what one person wrote. I had to speak up and say are you sure it was in McMinnville. I come in weekly.

All I can say is THANK YOU. You are a lifesaver. I was running around desperately trying to find a solution to send a reliable bank wire for an emergency family situation. I've been banking with another bank for nearly 12 years, and I went in this morning waiting for the door to open at 9am, only to be told they could not help me and could not do anything for me until tomorrow (and that was even a maybe.) I even explained the urgency of the situation. I scrambled for ideas and went to Wells Fargo and I'm just going to say the moment I walked in (even though there appears to only be two staff working) I was greeted and kindly asked what I might need help with. I explained the situation and said I can wait as long as needed to see someone, and I was promptly helped in between the other folks in line. Long story short I was so impressed with their service and was able to get the wire out quickly and safely. So happy I decided to open an account with this branch in McMinnville. Might just become my new bank!

I walk using a walker so the first thing I notice about a business is if their door or doors are heavy or lite, and Wells Fargo Banks were lite so kudos for Wells Fargo Bank for being handicap friendly!

My friend who banks at Wells Fargo had written me a check from here, so I had to cash it here. I took my place in line and waited my turn. The gentleman in front of me said here you go before me I'm in no hurry. I thanked the nice man and took his place in line. The line was kind of long. They only had 3 tellers working the windows.
It finally came to my turn and I got up to the counter and showed the teller the check I wanted to cash. The lady helping me said hi and I said hi in return. She asked me if I bank with them and I said no, my friend who wrote me this check does though.
The lady said she would need to see some kind of ID and I showed her my drivers license and she wrote my driver's license number on the check and turned it over and said I would need to sign my name on the check. So, I signed the check and gave it back to the teller. The teller then counted my money back to me and I asked if she could put it into an envelope and she smiled and said sure. The teller then handed me my envelope and I thanked her and she thanked me back. I then left the building with money in my hand. I got great customer service and money too what more could I ask for!

We are new at the area, but Katie is really nice, she was so helpful she give is information to make easy our transitions.

Good customer service at this branch, tellers are friendly and helpful.

Love my bank. Good peeps.

Generally quick service with efficient and courteous staff including Spanish-speaking staff available. Additionally, free lollipops make the stop here especially sweet. My only quip is with the poor parking lot placement.

STOPPED at the ATM

Went in and waited for someone to help me for over an hour and a half, I was given an estimated wait time of 30mins. I waited because to me it was important to get helped that same day. Once Cassandra was free she got us in but, said something was going on and had to call to figure out the issue. She wasn’t able to help me and said she would give me a call back. She called back and left a voicemail to which I called her right back within a min. The manager Rodrigo took my call and said she was busy so, I left a message for Cassandra to call me back. A week passed by and no call so I reach out again and the manager answered my call again and I told him I had given him a message to pass on to Cassandra and Cassandra never called me back…and it had been a week. He said he passed the message and that Cassandra wasn’t in that day. Shortly after that call with the manager, Cassandra reached out trying to get me in that same day. They only tried to help because I was very pushy and was a little upset at their lack of customer service. The manager is not very nice, and finds an excuse for everything. I will be closing my account.

Never coming back to this branch. Not only is the staff disrespectful but the manager as well! How can you have someone run as a manager who does not know what customer service means. I don’t know what their values are as Wells Fargo employees. But they suck and I’m going to make sure to spread the word on how they treat people at this location!

Went in to close my saving and checking accounts. First time the line was very long so the teller took my info for someone to call me to make an appointment. After 4 days, nobody called so I went back in. I talked to an associate that closed my savings account but said I needed to zero out my checking account. She couldn't do it apparently, so I went to the teller. After, I went back to the associate and there was ten cents in my account somehow. She said I had to again go to a teller and wait in line to zero out my account. Even though it was there mistake and only ten cents, I waited in line again zeroed out my account and when I went back to the associate she said my account was closed. I didn't trust her, and when I went home, sure enough my account was not closed. I called the bank the next day and had no response. I called the 800 number who closed my account. Had I not double checked, I would have had monthly bank charges which would then lead to overdraft charges because my account was zeroed out. Horrible horrible service.

They seriously need more help. Waiting in a line for 45min to get help when only 4 cars are in the drive thru is absolutely insane. They also ask you to speak out loud all your personal information even when you've already provided photo ID and proper documentation, and there are homeless people autosomal the area and walking through constantly.
