About 4-6 weeks ago I inquired about a French liqueur that was hard to find. In speaking with the staff they said the could order it. I told them that would be great. I really did not have any time frame for wanting it. Because our liquor has to go through the state I felt it would take a while. After about 4 weeks they called me and told they had received 6 bottles and asked me how many I wanted. Jumping for joy I asked them to set 2 aside. I went in to pick it up last night and because of Covid there is a process. Don't put personal belongings on the counter, practice 6 foot spacing ect. I had cash for my order but my balance was like $41.15. You know, that weird amount where if you can come up with th $1.15 you can just keep your extra $20 and not get a bunch of bills. So I started thinking about the change in my wallet. I new I had that extra $1.15. They waited for me to count it out. They were really patient and kind about it. I felt better about keeping the $20 that came out of my wallet rather than a bunch of bills from somewhere else. I know it all sounds maybe a little over the top, but the staff there was really awesome about the whole process.

Could keep up with stocking a smidge better but anytime I can't find a certain bottle they'll almost always find a case within a minute or two in the back.
Great at keeping the line moving considering how many people roll thru.

Very friendly and helpful. I don't drink (so don't buy it) but was picking a bottle up for a friend and had No idea what I was looking for. A young man helped without making me feel like an idiot! And they have some rockin awesome music playing there too! 👍

Amazing customer service at this location! These guys were able to assist me over the phone and assured me they had the crown royal peach and the minute I arrived it was in my hands! Thank you!!!
