Portland Curbside

Nice staff, they were friendly when the freeway was closed and helped everyone reschedule. There are bathrooms inside that are pretty clean and have many stalls. A restaurant is also inside. They have burgers and chicken there. Isn't the best, but between busses, it is great to have a hot meal.

Luv Greyhound they're so helpful to those who really need it. Especially the ones who have mobility aides such as myself and those who have children. I travel to see some of my family by Greyhound. The sights along the way r so very beautiful. Yes they do have bathrooms and if you are traveling quite far like through a state or more there are those who make a quick fast food restaurant stop

Love this station the people are very friendly and helpful all the security are very nice the morning security guy was extra nice and the counter lady was very nice they gave us a free meal for our bus getting stranded somewhere not their fault helped us store our luggage so we could go and explore love this station a lot compared to any of the others I have been too

Clean and organized. Staff were very pleasant. Separate section for travelling passengers that could only be accessed by ticket - felt safe!

Fun place to be when your on a layover. It's always entertaining when you step outside for a smoke. People watching is great down in Portland

Greyhound bus lines have been keeping me moving to and fro for many years. I have been getting ready for a trip to Livingston TX that will leave from the Portland bus terminal on the first of April. And the ticket agent helped me thru a missed departure and they moved my ticket forward for me and they only charged me an additional $20 to get the departure of April 1st....... Thanks for taking the time to get me to my new home.

I have been to this bus depot 5 or more times. It's clean, the staff are friendly, there is a small family owned cafe and the service and food are good.

Bus station is kept clean and we'll staffed and safety is definitely a priority here

Because the Portland Greyhound station is like my second home... Except for the fact that I am homeless.
