Dr. Mark Ko was amazing today! My first time visiting this clinic and seeing him. Well exceeded my expectations! He was friendly, thorough, attentive, had excellent mannerisms and took enough time to explain everything and answer my questions. Sometimes it’s hard to find good care and Dr. Ko provided great care. Thank you!

Dr. Ko was awesome. His bedside manner was kind and patient. He genuinely cared about my situation. His assistant, Liz, was fantastic. She was very diligent with her work and she offered comfort and kindness.

Dr. Ko was great as was his staff. They listened to my concerns, answered all questions to my satisfaction/understanding. He took the time to go over all results and x-rays with me. I would recommend him to anyone!

This was my first experience at a Podiatry Office the place was very clean, quiet and pleasant. All staff were exceptionally well at their job. I felt very comfortable there I felt that my needs were met to the fullest.Dr Ko was so easy and pleasant to talk and listen to. He explained everything in good detail, and I really felt heard. The nurse was so nice and extremely organized. Honestly, it’s really hard to find an establishment where everybody is on the same page, working as a team. This place and everyone in it was such a breath of fresh air I walked out of there, feeling confident and happy with my out come I would highly recommend Eugene Podiatry Associates!!! :)

Living in Florence, I originally looked for care in town. The result of that was immensely poor and decided to look out of town and stumbled upon this place in Eugene. Scheduling an appointment for my toe was easy and quick. Everyone inside was extremely kind and helpful. Especially my nurse Liz and Doctor Ko. During my operation they kept me comfortable and relaxed. I’m definitely going to recommend this place to my friends and family. The hour drive was definitely worth it, thank you for your help and professionalism!

I had an appointment with Dr Mark Ko for a shard of glass in my foot today. They worked me in the same day and removed the glass with ease. Dr Ko and his medical assistant were beyond professional and comforting as I get medical anxiety. Definitely a 5 star establishment.

My experience was simply amazing. From the festive friendly entry, to the check in and, the pre-exam with the receptionist, even with the doctor coming in and the attentiveness that was given to me as a patient was priceless from Dr. Ko. From answering my questions to ensuring me the process of getting better and not just looking at me and throwing pills at me and sending me on my way Home. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I was very happy with the staff and the Dr. They took very good care of me and my feet. It is well worth the drive time to get to my appointment and have my feet taken care of.

Dr Mark, Was very professional and Kind working with my 11 year old Daughter, She had a ingrown toenail that needed to be fixed and Dr Mark was great, Thank you, Eric Walton

Had an appointment with Dr. Ko to address an ingrown toenail, he was very fast and considerate. I was probably more nervous than I should've been going in but Liz was wonderful and helped me keep my cool! Definitely recommend 🤙

Never needed a podiatrist until now and wasn't sure who to see. I Googled reviews and found Eugene Podiatry had really good reviews and I must agree, everything from start to finish was easy and fast. I do have a follow up visit in 3 weeks but Dr Ko was very informative and explained everything that's happening and what the process will be once results are back. I've never had my feet x-rayed so that was pretty cool and revealed a bone spur I didn't know I had.

Everyone here is so nice and welcoming. I found the doctor to be incredibly nice and easy to talk to/ask questions to. He answered all my questions and explained things very well. I was very happy and thankful for such a nice experience!
