All in all Peter Shannon and his program will give you the tools to succeed and heal. You've got to be willing to be truthful, have a good attitude and the want to listen and learn. If you utilize the tools given, through Peters program and do the work, you will succeed.
Peter helped me on so many levels including all the wonderful guys in group. I was helped not only with my original issues, but also helped with my communication skills, people skills. I learned about safe and unsafe people and why I don't have to take or believe, every negative comment someone might have about me. I learned I could live and be happy with, just me. I also learned that you can't always help people, they may not want your help. People need to help themselves, they need to do the work and seek help from a safe counselor, like Peter Shannon. I would recommend Peter to anyone with relationship problems or abuse. Peter, ultimately does care about the people he helps and will go the extra mile to see your through. If your not ready to get help then don't waste his time. Although if your ready to be up front, honest, listen and learn, do the work required. Peter will help you, help yourself. I honestly do not think I would've grown as much as I have if it were not for Peter and the great group of guys, who helped me graduate and learn, so much.
