Thank you Dr. Teri Sue Wright and staff for your wonderful care to my 2 dogs and cat! The front office was communicative, thorough, and kind throughout the process of scheduling and paperwork to establish care. The vet techs are gentle, kind and thorough throughout the appt. They were able to accommodate having my two large dogs and cat in 1 appt very smoothly. Even my nervous dog was happy and unbothered during lab work, and my cat warmed up quickly to everyone. Dr. Teri Sue Wright was very thorough, happy to answer all my questions and discuss all my concerns. I wasn’t rushed, and felt taken seriously. I’m excited to have a vet office who genuinely cares about my pets and treating them holistically to enable them to live their best lives. I highly recommend.

Teri sue is the best vet I have ever experienced! She is so kind and gentle. Really cares for her clients. She is such a hard worker and is always doing whatever she can to help. I love the holistic approach to her practice. My pup is always so excited for his next vet visit. (How many pet owners can say that) We are blessed to have her as our vet. She also helped turned my eldest dogs life around and gave us many extra years with her. Can not recommend this business enough!

I am a big fan of Terri Sue and the folks who work here. They're awesome and know their stuff. I like to call them "reasonably" holistic, by that I mean they try to keep things natural if possible, but they'll treat your animal the best way for the animal regardless if it's holistic or western medicine. If your animal needs pills or surgery or whatever they will get them the proper treatment instead of trying to acting there's a holistic fix. I guess what I'm saying is they are not quacks and really do epitomize the word "balance"!

After going to a different vet closer to my home, and several hundred dollars later no results.
I regret not going to BALANCE first. Balance vet and Teri Su are are first choice for future care. She was able to bring my dog comfort, the other vet just charged us and made things worse. Do not take you pets to McKenzie Animal hospital they are rip offs and offered us no resolve after a $660 bill. that they refused to refund after I got proper care at Balance Vet Care. I only wish I had made my appointment with them sooner. Because Teri Su brought comfort to her and that is what was needed most for both pet and owner. Can not thank you enough Teri Su.

Teri Sue and her staff are thoughtful, caring, and dedicated to the health and welfare of our animals. I have taken my last dog and my current puppy to them for care and have always been extremely happy with their care.

Teri Sue is an amazing vet when it comes to end of life! I had a pet rat pts a couple years ago and recently when my cat was at the end of his life she helped me with him too. She was so caring and understanding about my cat and really made the experience better despite the horrible circumstances. She is mobile so that helps me a ton as I don't have a car. She also is the vet for two of my neighbors and has been excellent for them too.

Dr Teri Wright and her experienced assistants and office staff helped me thru a most difficult time with the utmost professionalism and empathy and I'm eternally grateful.

Dr. Teri Sue is wonderful. She was very caring about my cat Sirius' health... and worked together with me to help him heal. She was extremely helpful & didn't try to sell me tons of extra things, like unfortunately most other veterinarians do... she actually was doing things from the heart & love for animals, rather than just to make an extra buck...which i've seen in multiple other local vets. Teri Sue is also very intuitive & has a holistic approach, and puts that first, which I feel is most important to take that approach whenever we can, until further action is needed. She is beautifully balanced between science & intuition, intelligence & the heart. She sees the importance in diet & understands how so much is connected between environment, internal worlds & outer worlds & has lots of wisdom to share. She helped my cat heal from a really scary respiratory infection. I highly recommend her for many reasons! She's also very receptive, listens and is humble...balanced with being very educated & does her research. She's the best vet I've ever had for any of my pets.

I am grateful for the kind, compassionate, and skillful care my animal companions receive from Dr. Teri Sue Wright and her staff. It is an excellent fit for me as Teri Sue approaches the health and well being of my cat and my puppy from a holistic approach considering their diet, exercise, affection, discipline and personality and life stage. Dr. Wright helps to find ways to maximize the health and happiness of my pets without unnecessary medical interventions that may undermine the animals immune system and cause harmful side effects. And at the same time helps me to give them all the medical attention they need. I am more than happy with the prevention and care Balance Veterinary Care offers!

Teri-Sue Wright, of Balance Veterinary Care, has been our vet for forever, I guess! She has helped us care for our this-far two cats, both long-lived thanks in part, to her! Our Elder Kitty now is twenty, and doing well, and we are so thankful to her as well, fit her tender care of our older cat, who she helped leave this world when his life became too tenuous and no longer of good quality. That was so tough a decision…

And now we have a little puppy who has just begun his care with her and he is thriving! She helped steer us to more beneficial foods for him, which he loves, and he will flourish under her care, we know!

We are so thankful we were introduced to her care for our four legged family members!

This is hands down the best holistic vet in town. TeriSue and the office is amazing. I recommend her all the time. She gives amazing care to all my dogs, and me too! I learn from her all the time about holistic care. :) She has helped me with my diabetic dog in extending her life and sight as well as other minor issues in my pack. All with a positive outcome. They all truly care about your animals, and having her come to the house and she sits on the floor and examines the pet while the others are kissing her is just heart warming and makes them feel so comfortable, as well as me. :) I just can't recommend her enough.

Teri Sue is my ideal version of a vet in every way. She came to our home to put our last dog down & it was the most sacred, tender and unrushed experience. That was ten years ago. Now we have a new fur baby & SOOO glad she's still practicing. Teri Sue used muscle-testing to make sure there was no reason my pup should get her shots today, and checked to see if there were any supplements needed to help her with detoxing. I love that she cared enough to take the time to include that in her assessment. (None needed. Teri Sue doesn't just sell you a bunch of supplements to pad her pocket.) She's very thorough, patient and calm. Her staff is great & it's so comfortable and relaxed in their office. Can't recommend her enough!

Terry Sue is a very competent and caring vet. Spending a few minutes with her made me and my dog happy campers for the rest of the day. She is a pretty remarkable person. The assistants in the office are friendly and helpful. Culture counts and the culture in this practice is very positive.

We have three dogs and all have seen Teri Sue for different reasons. We could not be more happy with the detailed attention each one received while at Balance Veterinary Care. It is evident Teri Sue is genuinely interested in the welfare of all the animals she sees. She is very thorough, and also manages her time well. Her loving and holistic approach is what is needed in today's field of veterinary care.

We had our first introduction to vet Terri Sue, for very sad reasons. This woman came in to our home, greeted both of us, and promptly got down on the floor with our pet. She was kind, gentle, and respectful.
After that, over the years, we had more sad meetings. When we adopted a puppy, we agreed that this pet would start out with her vet care. Yes, it is spendy. Just like our dr. Appointments. But she still, really LOOKS at your pets health, does a body check while petting your dog. The animal is at ease, she is at ease. She does not rush. She is a wonderful vet. And her staff is very kind and helpful. She does believe in a better, healthier pet food, but she also is ready to give you options with the food you want to use. I will say, I love the results of this pup and her diet.
Come with your questions . Be prepared to pay a little more. You will find, you don’t need to have so many appointments. And some can just be via the phone. Also a charge, but not bad.
I recommend balance vet, and trust them.

We Highly Recommend Balance Veterinary Care. We met Dr. Teri Sue and the Team at Balance Vet after two of our Sweet Beloved Dogs became ill. Our Lab was struggling day to day. With Dr. Teri Sue's help we took all our Dogs off Medication, went to Natural Supplements and All Raw Dog Food. With the changes we noticed an amazing change with our Yellow Lab who able to be with us for several more month with few problems. When the time came we had to let him go we called Dr. Teri Sue and she came to our home. It is such a difficult time but Dr. Teri Sue is so Compassionate and Calming to the animal and the family. We felt so much more at peace with his comfort. It is never easy to experience the loss of any pet but we all felt it was so peaceful.

Thanks to Dr. Teri Sue Wright and her wonderful staff, my little Chihuahua with major heart problems celebrated her 14th birthday today.

Teri Sue came to our home to help us say goodbye to our Mastiff. She was genuine, kind and professional. Her bedside manner was full of love and respect for our beloved pet. She gently explained the process before starting, which was appreciated. Thank you so much Teri Sue.

We were so pleased to see our two dogs relaxing on the reception floor as we completed our "new patient" process. That was a first! No shaking, shivering, or pulling to get out like prior veterinary offices. Bella and Amanda have exceptional customer service skills and mannerisms. Dr. Wright is so down-to-earth and and comfortable to discuss any pet issues with. Our two dogs were right at home with her, as well. We are also pleased with the more natural approach to pet health and the food options they are open to and have available, as well.
