Jack B Lively Memorial Park

We head to splash quite. Often, my son loves it... I hate that my eyes burn from chlorine after but it's what's expected in a kids swimming pool, it's that way for a reason 🤣 it's always worth the trip!!

This park is set outside of Thurston and is surrounded by woods and views of hills in the distance. The grounds are well-maintained, the bathroom is always clean, and there are lots of features for everyone. If you want a huge area with lots of seating and food prep area to throw a party or picnic, this would be the place! Call ahead to reserve one of their shelters. There is a big volleyball sand court with net, nice play structures for kids of all sizes, and there is even a dog park across the lot from the kid park.

We love this park. Has dog parks near the playground. There is also a covered patio you can rent out.

My favorite place to take the dog. Beautiful, peaceful, and quiet.

The water park is fun for the entire family!
Lifejackets are available for free.
Inner tubes are also available for free.
They allow little kids on the waterslide!
Lots of lifeguards watching and monitoring wave pool.

Great facilities all around. The outdoor play area has enough area for children of all ages and the adjacent dog park is sectioned off for different size dogs! Sand volleyball, covered shelters and wooded walking trail provide enough activity for any family.

When I was there it was just beautiful, The dog park wasn't the past but it wasn't the worst. Parking was good. Lots of foot traffic from other patrons, no campers!

I went in 2023. It is exactly like it was 30 years ago in 1993. The slide. The mushroom. Everything. The lifeguards still even scream at the kids through their loudcones! 😆

Great little indoor swimming place with wave pool and a slide. The kids had a blast when we went and now they ask to go every single day!

It's been a long time since I've been down to this park. Took my 16 month old and she loved it. Lots of structures to play on, and it was very clean and well maintained. After playing in the park area we took a nice stroll on the gravel path behind. It's a short walk, but perfect for a toddler. I was always very surprised how clean the restrooms are! I'll definitely be going back.

Always a great place to go. Trails , dog park. Out door restrooms, lots of parking.

Like the large size dog park. Flat, level perimeter walking path for dog parents. Mostly responsible pet owners. Have had an issue once with a very large aggressive dog, but we just left. Have only had that issue here once. There have been much worse at other similar facilities in the county. Just have to be aware. Facility itself is kept nice and the least muddy of all I have been to.

So much fun for the family! They have areas for all ages to enjoy! Including a hot tub area for mom and dad to relax and still be able to watch the kiddos... The lap pool is great if you want a calmer swim while the kids are hanging out in the wave pool or hitting the slide!

Splash! is AWESOME!! We love the wave pool & water slide. They've also limited the amount of inflatables in the wave pool (👍) They do rotate the inflatables every wave session. Quick & convenient snack shack on premises. Large restrooms, including family restrooms. An have no fears if your child can not swim, they provide life vests of assorted sizes 😊👍
