Staff was very helpful. They were able to help me find the correct faucet stem.

Ace is always fun. They usually have what I'm looking for and have really cool old timey sodas and toys for my kiddos.

The staff here doesn't even allow you to think for yourself. They're extra attentive from the moment you walk through the door. It just sucks that this is a small hardware store compared to the big chains because they don't always have what I need. And the price is a little more but that's understandable. But these people go out of their way to help you from the second year arriving the parking lot and I like that.

Pleasant experience. Store was neat and clean. Not crowded. I was buying a power snow shoveI l received help right away and found what I was looking for. Staff helped me to carry it to my car. The whole thing just took a few minutes.

They may not have EVERYTHING like the giant stores but really for the most part they have what we need most of the time. It's located closer which is a huge plus and we feel like we are supporting our community a bit more which we love.

The staff are always so friendly and attentive in a very positive way. I visit once or twice a week for this or that to get little projects completed for work. I have learned that if I'm in a hurry, I can go to my local ACE hardware and get what I need at a good value and often for less money than a big box mega-store. My first time at this store. Was expecting to be ignored till I was checking out. But I was sure surprised. Was greeted as soon as I walked in by two employees, was immediately asked what I needed help finding. A third employee escorted me to the row I needed and a fourth employee was waiting in the row at the items I needed to help me pick out the right product. It was like they new I was coming. Amazing service. I've worked in customer service for over ten years, I am described a customer service professional in my career. It is hard these days to get good service. Usually every where I go, it's just the basics. Nothing special. Employees only help as much as the customer absolutely needs, and if that. But Ace goes above and beyond the above and beyond customer service! And there work ethic I will keep in my mind when teaching my fellow employees about their customer service.

This place is the best. I was in the market for a new Traeger smoker and I needed one quick. I called Ace and not only did they have the smoker I wanted they had ALREADY ASSEMBLED IT IN STORE! When I arrived the associates were very helpful. They let me know everything I needed to purchase and they helped me load it into my truck. They were just as excited as I was about my purchase. I highly recommend this Ace and the fine ppl that work there. Their names escape me at the moment but they are world class!

This location is a model for how all stores should be ran. The staff are remarkable.

The employees at Ace are always super helpful by greeting you at the door and walking you to what you are looking for, but today they went above and beyond. It was pouring down rain and we had our baby with us. My husband went to get the car and an employee held an umbrella over me while I put her in her car seat. That would have never happened at Lowe’s! Ace employees are amazing!

Always a great place to come get what you need and go. Very helpful people too if you have a few questions. Prices are very competitive. When it does get busy they really do try but it's not a big deal to me if they dont get to me right away, sometimes I like to also look around in case I might need something else.

This store is amazing! Employee knowledge and customer service is second to none. Working on a classic car and I've been told by online retailers you won't be able to find nuts and bolts anywhere locally. Walked in here and they had in stock and available. I will always go here first before going to big box stores.

Always helpful and there to show you around. They always have some helpful advice to go along with everything. Love the local owned store. Also have a duck for the kids to find and get a toy or small candy. Makes them excited to go to the hardware store.
