Thurston Park

Beautiful park located in a nice area covered in trees that will keep you shady. Has a big playground and has several picnic tables, however no bathrooms located here. Dog friendly, various pathways to either walk, bike or jog.

Great park walked the pups & played a little hoops with my grandson.
On the way home near the park saw these Halloween decorations so took these photos

Great park, clean, well taken care of. Kiddo and dog friendly (as long as they're on a leash, the dogs that is) Beautiful in the fall, too!

Nice little "hideaway" park just down from Thurston High School. It was very clean and a good afternoon stroll.

I have been working on the summer reading program through the Springfield Library and Thurston Park has 4 activities to do. There is a tennis court, and 2 baseball diamonds with bleachers. Great park.

It's always the kind of park I can go to with swings for my 2 year old the slides are made out of metal so they are hot in the sun
