I won't take my rugs anywhere else as this business has shown me what high standards in customer service looks like every, single time I take my rugs in to be cleaned or repaired. The area rug pictured was fraying and unraveling on one end and they trimmed and hemmed it for me. Wonderful job and company!!

Absolutely delighted with their service and attention to detail. We had several older rugs that needed some TLC and could not be more excited to see their handiwork when I unrolled them. They definitely breathed new life into our older rugs. In addition, we greatly appreciated their expertise when initially deciding what to do especially since we had a tight timeframe in which to get the work completed. Gracious and helpful, fair pricing, good work. I ordered a rug pad, and then called to say that I had given them the wrong measurements. Although they had already cut the pad, they didn’t charge me for it and cut a new pad of the size I needed. I’ve had several rugs cleaned here and they’ve always done excellent work. Highly recommend.

I’m very picky about my rugs and carpets and they did not disappoint. With that kind of detail, a customer can’t go wrong.

Our puppy chewed two holes in a wool 8 x 10 rug that was in our bedroom. I was super upset and doubtful the rug could be salvaged but after calling around to some carpet stores (none of which could help) I was referred to Atiyeh Bro’s. They were able to repair the rug using a sample swatch of the same rug. It looks amazing and it was very affordable. The whole staff is friendly, helpful and professional. You can tell it’s a family owned business, they make you feel like family when you walk in the door. I’ll use them again and again..although I hope I don’t have to 😉

I brought in a wool rug that was beyond dirty and stained. I'm am extremely happy with the result! Professional on time for pickup and delivery. They cleaned 4 of our Karastan rugs and reinstalled them perfectly. The rugs came back looking spectacular. Highly recommend them for this service. We could not be more pleased.
