Absolutely wonderful and crucial service to Eugene and Springfield. The service at the retail store was excellent. They helped me pick out a dual monitor computer system for my new desktop. They helped me find all of the cords that I needed and explained what I should expect for audio. I am so pleased with my recycled work space.
I highly recommend this store. You are helping the environment and enjoying great prices on electronics.

Staff member was super helpful! And I can't think of any other business that does more to prevent electronic waste, by turning cast-offs into resources for community members to use instead of buying new.

This non profit is doing important work in keeping used tech viable while also taking very good care of locals on a budget trying to get the best bang for the buck. I was less impressed some time ago but it has become a very professional operation and I always go there first when I have a project.

They are the best! My family and I have fallen on hard times and next step helped us complete grateful for them forever thank you

$35 Asus tablets, random networking equipment/cords and stacks of cheap HDD for all my RAID pleasures. Will be back (A LOT) I'm sure.

Amazing staff with great deals for Electronics

NextStep is amazing and im so grateful for their service! I was able to get a laptop donated to me through their grant program. Customer service was amazing and communication was amazing too. Thank you Jessica and the rest of the employees there. I am forever grateful. I cant wait to try out my laptop! 🖤🌈

I recently bought a laptop touch screen PC and a glitch was occurring and the speakers were crackling. Jessica, the manager was very helpful, professional, and made it right with me by replacing it with same model and with upgrades, great customer service. Needed a dedicated computer to run my textile designing program; meaning memory, processing, and a decent screen. I was new in town and figured this would be an onerous trip to the blue and yellow store - but then I found the NextStep website and decided to visit. Wow. I got a refurbished very high end HP laptop for a fraction of the price! Two years later it's still going strong. NextStep should be your first step when looking for tech hardware!

Great place to pick up computer components and full desktop and laptop computers. This is an extremely valuable resource to the community, not only does it prevent tons of e-waste from entering the landfills but also provides affordability that you won't find anywhere else.

I just purchased a refurbished desktop PC from NextStep and it was a great experience. For $199 I got everything I needed plus the full Microsoft Office Suite, which would cost $199 on its own! My computer is rocking fast and perfect for my needs. The customer service was excellent when I was in there. Very friendly! This is a great organization all the way around. I plan to purchase all of my computers from them in the future.

Next step is a great place to look for used, but working, electronics, cables, monitors, TVs, computer speakers etc.
Prices are very reasonable.

NextStep also offers computer repairs and recycling of electronics.

It's also a great place to volunteer. The only downside is when busy it can take some time to get to the counter for your purchase (s). However with the prices it's worth the wait.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I needed a power supply for a color scanner....I had accidentally donated the original to St. Vinnies....I walked in and literally within a minute I had the right one. Literally the first one picked up was the right model. Kudos to Brandon for his great customer service! The price was even better. Color me surprised and happy!

I'm new to town and so happy to find a used electronic and computer store that promotes recycling. Employees are nice and helpful and they are taking covid precautions very seriously. Very easy to make an appointment. I've been there 3 times since the pandemic began and each time I've been able to calll, make the appointment 15 minites from the time I call and drive right over.

A great place to purchase used electronics, specifically computer monitors, projectors, televisions, and PC peripherals. They have a health-conscious policy of making appointments under covid, and once inside, the staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable. Good job NextStep!
