I've had nothing but good experiences here. Staff is friendly & helpful. Longest wait i ever had was maybe 30 min. I don't know when these other people were making appts. must have been at times that most people have open to go. Fortunately i am retired and can go just about any time.

I had I believe her name was jennifer draw my blood today. She could tell I was nervous and did an amazing job of keeping me distracted. Hands down the best blood draw I have ever had.

You should consider revising your hours to the accurate times online. It's very inconvenient.

We waited an hour and forty five minutes to see Dr. Keller. No one told us she was that far behind schedule, I had to ask 3 times and the 3rd time I was told that she usually is running a little behind. 15 minutes is a little behind. They weren't busy, there were only a few cars in the parking lot. When she finally came into the room, she spent less than 10 minutes with me and seemed like she knew nothing about toddlers. We won't be back.

Every time I have gone to this place I wait a minimum of a 40 mins. Today I was there for over two hours; this is inexcusable. Dr. Keller has been behind every time I've gone here. When I refused the hpv vaccine I was pretty much told I was a bad parent. This will be my last time!

I had Keller verbally attacked me and my mother. And question my disability, because she can't physically see my disability, since I have a brain injury. I will no longer be going back here ever. Very unprofessional. I would rather be sick than go here.

The Dr that I saw had no bedside manner. She was terribly rude, seemed easily overwhelmed, and spent most of the time on her computer. Certainly didn't feel like she listened or cared.

Consider medication counts for patients that are on pain medication
