This is a wonderful place to take your car. Very fair on pricing and excellent customer service. They explain everything and even show you the problems so you know exactly what they are doing. I recommend this place to everyone and I will be going there from now on.

My husband established a relationship with him, and as a newly single woman it gives me great comfort to know I have a trusted place to take my vehicle for repairs. I had to go back and edit my review after leaving such a short 5 star review the last time. Just so you know, I'm a "Baby Boomer" who's very first job in 1957 was pumping gas and sweeping floors for $1 a day and a candy bar at Long's Super 98. A gas/ SERVICE STATION. (OK so I was only six years old at the time) But I know a thing or two about SERVICE.
When Robert and Amanda and their crew greet you at the front entrance you immediately know your in the right place.
They always make me feel at home. I've come to TRUST the people at my local Monro Auto Service & Tire center and for me, that's saying a lot. For years I've taken my cars to the dealer for repairs because I always thought I'd get better service. However, after turning my cars over to them, all I got back was the "shaft". Everything from the high pressure sales & financing to selling me overpriced parts that I didn't even need. Robert and Amanda always treats me fair and If I don't need something they don't try to pressure me into an unnecessary expense.
Now, my wife and I take three cars to Robert for service. "REAL" service. And the people that work on my cars are second to NONE. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Robert always made sure my car was safe and I could afford things, even in chunks. Being a single mom, he saved me many times. Now, with the addition of Amanda, they really have an unstoppable shop. They are incredible and kind, and are always willing to educate you on what happened to your car and why. To me, this shop will always be the only place I trust.

Robert is the best! I had a tire appointment on Saturday, but my tire went flat 2 days before the appointment. Robert was able to squeeze me in that day, and I was able to get back to work. I trust Robert to work on my kid’s cars and my friend’s cars. 2 thumbs up 👍🏾 👍🏾 and ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Robert was very nice and seemed honest in his diagnosis and opinion, and what I should do. I declined the repairs as my car is not worth the time and expense any longer; the problems are too extensive and it’s time to get a new one.

It’s always quick and fast with these guys. But trust me they know what they are doing. It’s still very good quality work they do and they are very fair and informative as well . Always gives me heads up on potential issues and they best recommendations for whatever it is I really need.

Firstly i wanna appreciate these guys they are working on 4th of July Walk in with a flat tire they took care of me right way they didn’t charged me a single penny.Nice guys you need your tires done with reasonable prices i definitely recommend these guys

I just bought a preowned car and needed to have someone take a look at it before I brave this Indiana winter. The staff has always been so nice and communicative in the past with my mom's car. So, of course I make the call to Monro. The owner, Robert, might be one of the sweetest and informative guys I have ever spoken to. I am so happy with their service. You can trust these guys to do good work. It is tucked away on Cherry St, as if almost a secret. Go if you have car troubles :) Highly recommended.

Robert took care of me perfectly. He was open and brief. He listened to my concerns and was upfront about what I could expect through the process and then without any magic, fulfilled my request as he promised he would. The price was fair and I was happy to pay. 100% will go back!

Robert (the manager) and his staff were a huge help in helping my son find a quality used car. He inspected at least 4-5 cars over the past few weeks that we may have purchased, based on test drives, only to find the cars needed repair or would soon cost us an arm and leg in repairs. In the end, his (their) expertise helped me work a deal in which the local dealer agreed to fix the issues found by Monro before our accepting the car.

I can't say how much we appreciate their help. In short, they saved us a lot of money and heartache. My son will be taking the car to Monro for servicing going forward.

This is an excellent automobile repair facility in Noblesville. I was not aware of them and had just lost my mechanic because his shop closed due to construction on South 10th Street and his loss of lease due to the sale of the property. I think that it is an unknown gem of a mechanical repair facility. Robert has a lot of experience as mechanic and is very forthright in his approach. I also had Monroe recommended from another local business, Story's Collision Center, which is oftentimes the best approach as other people's experiences will usually mean that you're going to have great experiences too. I'm still in the beginning stages with working to have repairs done but I do think that this is a very good facility and I will keep you posted. I had a lot of mechanical work done on my F-150. Robert did a great job with that. He is very helpful and makes this a great experience.
