El Buen Sabor

We had the best lunch today at El Buen Sabor. The Chorizo Taco had a Handmade Corn Tortilla, Shredded Cabbage, Cilantro, Grilled Onions, Guacamole, and Salsa. The spectacular Wet Burrito was huge and it was a Flour Tortilla, Rice, Cilantro, Adobado, Sour Cream, Guacamole, Lettuce, Tortilla Chips, and Green Salsa. The Gorditas were crisp, delectable Fried Corn Masa filled with Carnitas, Shredded Cabbage, Cilantro, Onions, Guacamole, and Salsa. This is Authentic Oaxacan Cuisine and the Meats, Vegetables, Salsa, and Tortillas are prepared fresh daily here. The flavors were mouth-watering perfection.

Loved this local casual Mexican restaurant. The burrito is a handful! I tried something new and had the Asada Blanda. Very tasty, loved the beef. You get the choice of red or green hot sauce on the side. There's outdoor seating (no indoor) but its covered, the service was super friendly! This place is definitely a local favorite! Cant wait to come back and try something new.

HUGE menu, lots of options including vegetarian and vegan. We ordered to go and the food was not only on time but still hot and fresh. The Cilantro, perfectly cooked rice and the quality/variety of salsas alone will have us coming back!!! Best burritos in town!

Had a asada burrito with extra meat loved it! Perfect size for the price and it has grilled onions which was nice touch food came quick and not to greasy have to try their homemade corn tortillas next time!

It’s hilarious reading other reviews, because their expectations are clearly just too high. We’re not in Oaxaca people, get real.
For Eugene, this place is great. Just make sure you’re ordering when the older ladies are working. Or else you’ll run into less seasonings, which could be a bummer.
The Adobada is great. Put it on the: nachos, breakfast burrito, gorditas, or blanda.
The one thing I do agree with that the nay sayers are on about, is the horchata. Fresh & Natural is the king (in Eugene) as far as I’m concerned.

I am in Eugene every Friday for class and this is with in walking distance from school. I’m super happy they are because the wet burrito is amazing and always delicious. I haven’t been disappointed and feel those who enjoy a great wet burrito should stop by. They are not open on the weekends as I have gone over on a Saturday and the food court is closed.

After reading a favorable review in the paper and being street taco fans we had to try the 2.00 dollar tacos. We had the beef, chicken and chorizo tacos. We enjoyed our delicious tacos, with a very nice portion of protein and a bit of fresh cilantro, cabbage and avocado based sauce on top. This food cart offers real food, covered seating and good eats.

We ordered a large delivery for our staff lunch. Everything came exactly as ordered and the food was excellent!

Great tacos and flavorful salsas. My favorite was fresh pico. I'll be back again

Excellent prices and even better authentic Mexican eats. You can't go wrong throwing a dart at their menu. Everything here is delicious, well portioned and reasonably priced!

El Buen Sabor has never disappointed when I want quality, fresh, and quick Mexican food. The tacos are always delicious, with the fresh and flavorful tortilla and meat as the stars of the show. Try the horchata, tamarindo, or jamaica to complement whatever food you get. The people working there are always friendly and kind. Buen Sabor is a go-to for me and I'm grateful they're in our community!

Wow! This place is the best!! Great service and the food is really exceptional. The price is right there and if you want a really amazing experience, order the barbacoa tacos with sopa. Dip those tacos in the soup and all will be right in the universe. You're welcome.

Excellent food! The memelas are top tier. Some of the best tortillas I've ever had. Some vegetarian options. Nice folks.

This is one of the best Mexican foods in all of Eugene. Authentic Oaxacan food made by wonderful people. The only downside is their seating is an outdoor situation that is covered, so if it's cold out and you're eating their, it's going to be cold.
