I will start by saying this is my first review ever of any establishment…This clearly must mean I was either blown away or completely disappointed, to say the least. I am so very happy to say I was absolutely, without a doubt, blown away by everything. And I can admit I might be on the critical side at times…My husband would love for me to say those words to him btw🤣 Our friends and I had a few items off the Sunday brunch menu, along with the barbecue platter, Bloody Mary’s, & a skillet chocolate chip cookie. Everything was absolutely to die for…Impressed & satisfied doesn’t even do it justice…All of us were astounded! The best Bloody Mary we have ever had, the Mac & cheese from the platter was amazing, & the ribs, pulled pork, & wings were all phenomenal! And the cookie in a skillet was just sinfully good…The only thing sweeter may have been our waitress❤ We will be back as regulars, without a doubt! Thank you for a fabulous lunch…From a self proclaimed foodie that went home a happy girl 🥰

What a great little place! Today it was a halfway meeting point for our family, but it's an easy drive that's totally worth it from anywhere. The food was great! Everything was very well prepared. We ordered the soft pretzel, wings (with BBQ and without), brunch hash bowl (only on the Sunday brunch menu), pizza, French fries, and tenderloin sandwich. One of my favorite tenderloins ever, tender and crispy. And the craziest Bloody Mary appetizer! But all the food was great - we'll definitely go back.

I tried a little of everyone’s plate. Chicken was well breaded and great fried chicken. Fries were good, macaroni and cheese was excellent, and the calzone was really good.

Atmosphere - fun, family friendly and sport venue for sure.

Worth a trip!! It's located just around the corner from Pax Verum Brewery in downtown Lapel. Highly recommend their Reuben, with in-house prepared corned beef, and the Bloody Mary (a meal in a glass!). Great food, service, and atmosphere. Delicious! Will be back!

Cutest little spot I've randomly stumbled into. Decor is great and so is the service. Loved the pizza!

This was my 1st experience here. My friends brought me here for their birthday celebrations. It's very quaint and our server was super friendly and fun. I had the chicken, bacon, ranch pizza, which was very yummy, but need to return to try some of the other yummy looking dishes. We also got one of their delicious cookie dessert as well. I highly recommend checking this place out if you haven't. It's easy to find and worth the trip.

First time visiting this restaurant and what a great experience. Great atmosphere with an outstanding music selection made for a very relaxing date night. The food was top notch and the service was super friendly, helpful and attentive. We only live 15 minutes away. Why did we not visit sooner?!

We will be back! Looking forward to warmer weather and getting to experience the patio!

We got lost in the area and decided to try this place out - so glad we did! I think this place takes reservations but they took us in anyway. The atmosphere is great and is made even more so by the people.

Service was friendly and fast. The food was soooo good. I highly recommend the birds with arms (wings). We tried the buffalo and bbq wings with ranch and bleu cheese sauces.

GET. THE. BLEU. CHEESE.

The ranch sauce was good, but the chunky bleu cheese was a heavenly surprise. The spenny pizza was also fantastic. It had wonderfully smoked chicken with ranch spread over the cheesy goodness.

At the end, we were surprised by a delicious treat. Can't say more because you'll just have to try it out.

We're coming back.

This was our first time here. We ordered the pulled pork and a GF pizza. The pork was good and plenty for both of us to share. It was a nice surprise to have GF crust option and didn't disappoint. The smoke fries were SO good!! We had to get an extra order to go. Will definitely come back!

Was a great experience. We stopped by after going to Russell Farms to visit the pumpkin patch. Found Smokey's Concession Stand on Google and had to try it. I'm very happy we did.

Excellent service, some wonderful people, and the food was on point!
***EDIT*** There was not a kids menu, but they had chicken tenders and frys for our 17 month-old. He normally will eat his food and some of ours, but just one tender filled him up.***EDIT*** Kids menu was there Sat Sept. 23rd 2023 See it 📸 pictured in this post.

I am somewhat of a sweet tea snob, and I LOVED their sweet tea.

They have an outside seating area that looks like it would be fun. We didn't sit out there as it was a bit chilly, and we had been outside already for the last 4 hours.

Bathrooms at Smokey's are gender neutral.

The most important thing is that my baby boy had a blast and even opened up. Normally, he is really shy.

GREAT FOOD, GREAT SERVICE, NICE PEOPLE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

What can I say? An authentic dive in Lapel with amazing BBQ. Only been there once, but when I get back to Indiana, certainly worth the trip north to Smoky's. My foodie friend took me, middle of the day midweek, nearly empty. I want to go back on a weekend night and see it rocking with a band.

We love coming to Smoky’s Concession Stand! Tonight we came as we do about once or twice a month. As usual, two of our kiddos shared a pepperoni pizza which was cooked to perfection tonight! They devoured the Medium sized pizza, leaving me only a couple of slices for lunch tomorrow. Our third kid loved her cheeseburger sliders! We ordered the kids food first and I was so tempted to just pick up my kids cheeseburger and take a big ole bite it looked and smelled so good! I too ordered a cheeseburger, the Smashburger. It was delicious!! I was disappointed when my kid was messing around in her chair and knocked the remaining two bites out of my hand! The manager, Jocelyn was nearby and offered to have another burger made for me when she noticed my sadness. I was pretty darn full after most of the burger and mountain of French fries so I declined, but was so grateful for her offer! My husband had the special as suggested by our fantastic server, Nate; it was a filet with asparagus, his favorite combo!! It was cooked to perfection and so tender! We always have a great experience at Smoky’s but tonight was the best we’ve ever experienced! Of course we’ll be back again soon!! We love it at Smoky’s Concession Stand!

Our experience here was amazing! Sweetest waitress, amazing food, and gave us a cookie skillet with ice cream for being first time guests. 10/10 will go back and can’t wait to share it with friends and family!

Every time I go to a new place I've not been, if they have a reubens on the menu I will try one. This place had the best reuben I've ever ate !! It was a big sandwich I couldn't eat it all ! So if you go you gotta try that sandwich it was great

Tried the ribs for dinner and they were delicious! Husband had the tenderloin and loved everything but the mustard. The outdoor dining area feels so quaint and cozy and the service is always fast and friendly. Definitely check them out on a live music night

I highly recommend! Great service (thanks Anne) and let me tell the food is prepared with thought and Love!! We got the BBQ platter with 4 wings pulled pork ribs and Mac & cheese and collard greens. Absolutely delicious and will be returning sooner than later! Also got to have a free ice cream and a skillet cookie yummy!!👍🏻💯

I think we were on our way to Logan's Roadhouse in Noblesville. Bob suddenly decided to try this place I had told him about from FB. We were about the only customers at that time of day. I think the manager or the owner helped us get in. We got great service from Ann. It was a little pricey but the food was really good. I had the smash burger and Bob had the Country Fried Steak. He let me try his mashed potatoes and they were scrumptious. We both had the baked beans and I don't think I have ever had better. We were helped again getting out of the restaurant by staff. I knew what the surprise would be at the end of the meal, but it was a very great surprise! Really enjoyed driving through this historic town.

This place is very fun. Great place to celebrate something or to eat with a large group. We like to go on the way home from summit lake state park. The deserts are outrageously good & of course we love the pizza. Last time we went I tried the chicken crust pizza, it was strange but good and fun to try.

What a difference a year makes! We had such a great experience eating here today. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff is engaged, and the food was simply delicious. The manager Terry stopped in to check on us and was very attentive to the entire restaurant. When I was here a year ago, I never thought I would return. I am so very glad that I did!
