Went in today and Angela was so kind, friendly and helpful. I didn’t know what papers and forms I needed and was confused, she never once made me feel silly or rushed me. Amazing experience here, thank you Angela!

I could go in 10 mins before close and be in and out. No complaints whatsoever.

It's usually not that busy. Sometimes it is, but they try to get you in and out.

I have a special needs brother who lives with me and who I take care of. Long story short the reason why I came to this location to drop off paperwork because it was close to my home. As soon as I came in and asked for help I was greeted with an attitude from two employees who were too busy talking but were super nice to other people in front of me. I bet if I was of a certain race I would have been treated with more dignity.

I went in today to drop off some paperwork for a family member. I went in with nobody waiting and was told I had to take a number. WHAT? I took my number and sat down. 10 SECONDS later someone behind the desk got up and called my number. Rather childish. I told her I just wanted to leave these papers but was told to wait for a confirmation to print out. A different employee went to the back room with my papers. 2 other people came in to apparently drop off paperwork also, got there confirmation paper and left. The girl that started with me took care of one of these people. After they left, I asked what am I having to wait for and was told, "She is printing your cover sheet in the back" A minute later, I was handed my papers and stated This is what I had to wait for? The employees just smiled, not at me but to each other. Now I was only there maybe 10 minutes, but why was I put to the back. Why were the other people doing the same thing as me able to get everything in like 90 seconds?
