Americas Best Value Inn Eugene

Comfortable room, clean, comfortable bed, quiet. I have stayed here a number of times when I have an early flight out of Eugene. A nice spot to rest and a comfortable room to sleep in at a budget price. Highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. It's hard to find a place where I'm able to bring my dog and they were able to accommodate us. Will definitely visit again.

I travel all over for work and always hated going to Oregon. This place made me think otherwise. Mom and Pop operation, sweetest little older lady in the office, rooms are older but very clean with a few updates, for an overnight or even longer was absolutely perfect. Clean, quiet, respectful. Would absolutely go out of my way to make sure I stay there again.

This is a wonderful little hotel. Rooms are clean and warm, the parking lot is well lit, and the owners are very kind. The grab and grow breakfast even had an organic banana! Great value stay in Eugene, OR.

RJ & his family are AH-MAZING! The location may not be in the best part of town but, we always felt safe. The parking areas were VERY lit up & the spot in front of my room was always available. They had a continental breakfast of (🍌, breakfast bar, snack bar, and cheese horns w/coffee). They also had clean laundry facilities available. Another bonus was the property being pet friendly.

Great, nice room and excellent service. They charged me $60 a night for 2 nights. Cleaning lady was very kind. The room was far from excellent, some flaws in the paint on the walls, I actually reattached one of the burners to the stove myself. The overall room was nice though, cozy and I would definitely go back. Some nice stores close by aswell.

A last-minute pick turned out to be an oasis of calm. The platonic ideal of hotel room: simple, clean, comfortable. The service was friendly and clear. Thank you for being a source of refreshment on a motorcycle trip up the coast. After camping and riding hundreds of miles, we entered the room and collapsed in gratitude that we found a place to fully relax and rest for a night.

Great room, great price, super friendly desk management. After my experiences in Ashland, I was really thankful to have such a positive experience.

Bring a sleep mask - bright external lights keep the room from being dark. Was tempted to knock a star off, but the helpful staff, great price and neat room made up for something I should have been able to anticipate myself.

The rooms are nothing fancy, but they are clean and look nice and in good condition. I have stayed here probably a dozen times in the last few years. The price, the location, the quality and the staff make this my go to choice everytime I visit Eugene. Plus, walking distance to market just up the street!

Compared to our salary next door the night before this is like the ritz Carlton!! Nice rooms with space and privacy. Extra pillow available and nice little kitchen in the room. Highly recommend for the area!!!

I love the layout of this Inn. It's nice to book any room and know that we're going to be on the ground floor. The beds we're incredibly clean, and the shower was clean and large. Would recommend to anyone going for a show downtown and looking for an affordable rest stop.

Look, for what it is, it was perfect. It's a no frills, budget motel right downtown. The room was clean, shower hot, and it had cable. I would absolutely stay again if I was staying a night in Eugene

I've stayed at other low priced inns in the area. This one is pretty good. There were a couple odd things about the room but when I asked it was fixed quickly. Very clean and a smoking rooms.

Pet friendly! I recommend this place: It's quiet, is in a great location, & has good rooms (fridge, microwave, hair dryer & working stove!) Plus a good breakfast. Stay here for an inexpensive place to rest for a night or two.

it's what you expect for the price, there's a laundry room and a business center.. the tv in our room was a flat screen which was cool.. and the guy in the front was really nice and helpful =] AND they let me bring in my cat

My husband and I have stayed in Eugene on a few occasions and out of all the motels we have stayed at this one has topped them all bed is comfortable it's quiet and clean we liked it so much we chose to stay longer this stay and will distantly stay here again when we pass thru again. We just loved these guys staff was awesome also thanks you guys huge props to you and the awesome customer service.
