Highway 22 Storage

I don’t usually come back and change a negative review but felt it was necessary in this situation. The previous staff I dealt with was horrible but this new manager Angelina was awesome. Unlike the previous staff she was dressed professionally, had a great attitude and completely changed my mind about leaving and finding new a storage option. Thank you for the top notch customer service Angelina!

I recently visited this property and want to say that the manager , Angelina is great ! Very helpful in showing me the property and getting me taken care of. Highly recommend this location! Property is very well kept up and clean as well

Management, business did a 180. Very customer focused. Considering bringing my business back based on the one interaction we've had since they last management left.

Nice clean storage facility. Friendly and helpful staff. This is an excellent secure place to store anything. Options from heated units to covered Rv parking. They offer it all. Easy off hiway and easy back on. Prices are competitive too! Only downside is there are no restrooms onsite. Must go across hiway to gas station for closest facilities. I think these days that is normal. Great place!

This place is a bit out of the way (for me) but that is literally the only difficult thing.
It is safe, clean, quiet, reasonably priced- but the staff is perhaps the best part. They are super on top of things and have gone out of their way on several occasions to accommodate me with situations I have found myself in. They have made me feel as though it is a valued friend storing my things and not just some company that only cares about money. If you are fortunate enough to snag a unit at this facility, know that you got lucky.

Highway 22 storage has been good all the way from a new customer. Like having the unit ready for my arrival, staff is friendly. I was mostly helped by Brandon. Very understanding and professional. When I did arrive to my until Brandon open my unit so by the time I park and set up my moving truck to unload. The only thing I don't agree with not having a bathroom for their customers and instead they use it for a. Storage that they need to put away. That being said over all I still gave them a 5 star rating because not only did brandon set everything up for me and the stuff and not getting upset regarding that I had no choice to leave my 26 footer moving truck there because movers never showed up. I don't have anything else to share because I am a new customer and I don't know yet about rats destroying my personal items. If I have any thing else to share I will do another review for you fine folks. So for now they deserve the 5 Star review. I hope this helps.

Judy in the front office was friendly and easy to work with. She was sure to get everything I needed and made sure I understood the paperwork. I had called around and this place had the best prices.

This is the second time I have used this storage facility and I highly recommend them.

The staff is the best part of this facility. Laurel Guerrero is great. Professional and on top of things. However, the facility is great as well. Reasonably priced and easy in and out. This is the one you want!

I was looking for storage in a pinch. Found Highway 22 storage and did not need to look any further. The manager was extremely nice and helpful in finding me the right sized unit at an affordable rate!
It's also the perfect location being right on the highway it is super easy to get to no matter where I'm at.

Highway 22 is a clean storage facility that I highly recommend if you are in the Salem area. The manager, Laurel, is friendly and helpful. They have different sized storage units for all of your needs. What is really convenient is that they offer U-Haul services too. When comparing my old storage unit facilities to HWY 22, I have to say this is the nicest one I have been to.

I’ve really only interacted with the old manager Laurel and the new assistant manager Adam So I can’t speak for all the staff but I can say these two have been amazing Laurel was always so fun and willing to have a conversation with you and Adam has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion with silly request like are there any bugs lurking around my unit before I go in because I have a major phobia sad but true well thank you so much Adam I’m glad that such an awesome person has replaced Laurel the prices are great the facility is well-kept and I feel like it’s very secure I’ve had a unit here for a couple years now

Reasonably priced, secure and clean. office staff are professional in their demeanor and amiable in their attitudes. Highly recommended.

Modern and clean facility with fair prices. Management was highly skilled and flexible to accommodate my individual needs.

This is my storage for now and is really one of the best and effectively cheap enough to be a very good choice if you need a storage for one reason or another, and since that's the case I'd recommend this facility to anybody who'd ask where to look for a storage unit! 😁
