Michael's is the place to go for framing! I was really pleased with the service I received from Paul in the framing department. He was really patient and helpful. I loved the final products! He didn't rush me or push me to purchase anything I didn't like. He wasn't trying to high end me or get rid of clearance frames either. I definitely plan to go back here to get all of my framing done in the future. I strongly recommend you try them as well!

When I needed a Valentine's Day box for my son's school. I can count on Michael's to have what I'm looking for. From the box to the paper, stickers, even the heart with pup in it. Yes, we had to put it together. No better way than doing art projects with my son. Even better was the Valentine's Day stuff, which was 50% off the day before. I couldn't beat that. Thanks Michael's for rescuing me once again.

I really appreciate that they have a rewards program and coupons available. I like going here to get cake and baking supplies that I need. I prefer to go here over Hobby Lobby.

I enjoy coming here. Always stocked and organized and clean. Can always find something here to craft :)

So I had to have a picture put in a picture frame and gift rap it for my client who is blind. Well I am not good at rapping gifts so candace ( who is one of the clerks ) told me if I bought the paper and tap she would put it together. Thank you candace and well appreciated.....

We used the pickup service for an oversized item and it was easy. Always a great and clean store

Great place to get your kids activities to keep them busy! Or make a floral arrangement, frame photos and even get some great smelling candles.

I love going through the art section. I am inspired before I finish shopping.

Full of art supplies to keep anyone interested in art. Staff is polite and friendly.

I was able to find some adorable Valentine's Day things.

I wish I could remember the employee's name or manager possibly. But he went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for and made sure I was comfortable since I was on a walker and in a lot of pain, he offered the wheelchair and when I declined he insisted to get it for me so I could be comfortable shopping. After not finding the mold I needed he suggested a different way for me to accomplish what I needed to do without a mold. He was very kind and attentive. Great customer service. The cashier who's name I also do not recall was very kind and joyful. Changed the original 4 star to a 5 star.

Staff was friendly and helpful. And they always have suprise sales at this location.

Michael's was very nice, clean & very spacious. When you enter the store, you can see rows of various hobby ideas, arts & crafts, and promotional holiday ideas(Easter in this case). The cashiers and staff were very nice and helpful.

This store has a great selection of products. It is never busy, so makes getting in and out a breeze. I have never had issues with anything I've gotten here, and the staff is always friendly.

We do all of our custom framing here. Have loved each one. We hated one a few years ago and they reframed it for no additional cost. Not sure if that is still true. Our last two were fantastic!!!!

I really like Michaels. They always have what I need and it's always easy to find.
